Pros +
- Staff were all welcoming and courteous. Cleaning service was excellent and always finished cleaning our room by early afternoon (before 14:00). The room (we were 3 guests in a room for 3/4 people) was excellent and cleverly designed for both common activities and privacy between the two parts of the room. Excellent accommodation.
- The staff, roof top bar, and location proximity to all historic attractions
- 2nd time staying at the hotel and had a fabulous time. Excellent breakfast and very clean rooms.
Cons -
- Elevators are very slow, wait times were sometimes excessive. We used the stairs on many occasions, it's not a very serious issue as the entire hotel (including the roof level) is 5 floors.
- The extra stairs at the 4th floor leading to our room 411
- Would be great for guests staying in the hotel to get a discount at the rooftop bar - just a suggestion!

Central to everything you want to see! The rooftop is great for resting or a bit between sightseeing
Tiny elevators ! Old building I get why they are small so we took the steps a lot because line would form for elevator
Exceptional location just minutes’ walk from all the main attractions, with truly amazing staff. Our 3-year-old stayed for free, and they even offered luggage storage after checkout. We were pleasantly surprised with a very early check-in on arrival and a late checkout—without even having to ask. Just a few steps from Via del Corso. Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect!
This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times were amazing. In both times i was helped by Dayana and Simony they both are amazing helpful and great with us, they helped with everything even gave us great tips to enjoy Rome and the Italian food.
Greate location, helpful and friendly staff, clean.
No drawers in the wardrobe or dresser-like piece of furniture, so you have to keep your underwear and sweaters in the suitcase.

This is such a delightful boutique hotel. The location is phenomenal, rooms modern, clean and comfy. The bar and restaurant on the top has amazing views and is such a gem spot. I would love to stay at other of their hotels as I enjoyed it a lot and the brand ethos.
The breakfast buffet was not great, but I know I have high expectations traveling a lot. It can be a bit noisy at night as so central.
Great location, close to all the main attractions, nice and friendly staff and good breakfast.
The room was a bit small, not enough space in the closet for clothes
Location was perfect - very close to major attractions and highly rated restaurants. Breakfast was highly rated with great choice of options. Room was outstanding with ample space and views to the market square. The staff were brilliant - especially the front desk, housekeeping, the lady who managed the breakfast sessions and the lady who ran the rooftop bar at night.
Nothing it was a perfect place to stay
LikedAt the Hotel: A pleasant welcome upon arrival. Fast service and the option for online check-in.The Room: The room type was a pleasant surprise—large, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities.Comfort: A comfortable bed with two types of pillows (one soft and one firm). A spacious shower and a high-quality coffee machine.Breakfast: Good and satisfying breakfast, pleasant service from the staff, and an abundance of fresh, tasty products.Rooftop Bar: Stunning. A great place to sit in the afternoon and evening for a drink or a light bite.
DislikedFirst Room Location: The first room we received was poorly located and very noisy. It lacked double-glazed windows (or if it had them, they were ineffective), so we couldn't sleep the first night due to noise from the adjacent streets—restaurants, cafes, and foot traffic throughout the night and early morning.First Bathroom Design: The bathroom in the first room was huge but poorly designed; there was simply no shelf to place toiletries. The Bathtub: The bathtub was too small (impossible to use if you are over 1.70m tall) and positioned very high. You practically had to climb into it, and stepping out while wet felt very unsafe.** Note:** We changed rooms the next day, and everything improved significantly.
The room was small but adequate. The location was amazing and within walking distance to most attractions. The staff was very helpful, the laundry service was great as was the airport transfer that the hotel helped us with.
No real issues other than the room being too warm for us at night. The staff provided us with a fan and problem was solved.
The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff available and accommodating.
While the location was excellent for walking most everywhere, it was pretty crowded when you walked out the door. The Jubilee year probably added to this. The price was high compared to other places I have stayed in Rome.
The best location by far! Close from all main attractions, Trevi fountain, pantheon and Spanish steps are all few minutes away. The staff are friendly and helpful ( Eliane from reception was very kind and helped us to schedule our trips). Breakfast has good varieties. The rooftop has a nice view and is a must at night.
They provide a bottle of water on arrival but I wish they would put one bottle everyday as there is a coffee machine in the room but no water!
The location was perfect and made walking around very easy. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helped us with a strike we were unaware of. The breakfast was good and convenient.
Everything was good but very expensive. Food from roof top could have more offerings and with less spicy choices
Great location and rooftop view
Beds were uncomfortable, and the hotel floor we were on smelled especially our room.
Location is spectacular. Walk out the doors and you are in the heart of Rome with shopping and restaurants galore, not to mention Trevi Fountain!
Better accommodations for earlier check-in. Lobby very crowded.
Rooftop bar/breakfast room was exceptional - fantastic view and the best food we had while in Rome. Even though the street was crazy busy with noisy tourists, the room facing the street was incredibly quiet. Staff were more than helpful to arrange for taxis, etc.
no complaints whatsoever
