Pros +
- Breakfast was good. Excellent location; close to all points of interest.
- Not as represented although it was a good value, clean room, central location
- The proximity to Trevi Fountain and other sites
Cons -
- AC was not working properly during our stay in July. Room was always hot. There was no fan in the room so we had to fan ourselves and take cold showers when we went to the room in the afternoon to get some rest. Room was also very small.
- The room was not in the hotel but at a building a block away. If you wanted to use the spa or other amenities you had to walk down a main street, across a busy intersection and continue up the street. Not something I would do. Felt like bait and switch
- The air conditioner did not work below 78 degrees Fahrenheit, 25 degrees Celsius. This was unacceptable when the temperatures in Rome are over 100 degrees. The actual hotel room was located in another building, across the street.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel being central to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It was also walkable to Vatican City and the Colosseum. The hotel breakfast was also very good and a nice start to our day!
Location
Rooms tired things broken poor housekeeping useless safe breakfast mediocre
Great location, even though in a busy area the room was extremely quiet. Loved the sauna, pool and jacuzzi!
Breakfast area is very small and in a tight area Took a while for them to stock up
Location
Lack of atte tonight to detail, room echoes due to cold hard surfaces everywhere and no decor to buffer the noise. We stayed on the 5th floor and found it very loud from people attending the rooftop bar.
The size of the shower
Location. Walk distance to the fountain.
Excelente service and location . Breakfast included is a plus.
Elevator is too small but is was not a problem for me in fact.
Thanks You Red the recepcionista for treating us with the Best service. I highly recommend this hotel because of how we took care of us. He gave us also a free upgrade and we we're very happy. Thank You again Red for all the help.
Nothing. We Will be back.
The hotel provided an exceptional experience, with a prime location and outstanding service from the staff, including a particularly helpful individual named Red at reception. His friendly and accommodating demeanor is a testament to the high standards the hospitality industry should strive for. Additionally, the bartender at the rooftop terrace bar was superb, engaging in intelligent conversations that fostered a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Everything was faultless.
Location is amazing Staff is very friendly
The room was furnished in a standard way. Unfortunately, long-term dirt was visible throughout the entire room. For example, I found dust on the chair that clearly had not been cleaned for several days. Overall, the room was dirty in detail. The SPA was more of a joke than a relaxation area. The whirlpool was visibly dirty, and the entire area had an unpleasant smell—a combination of chlorine, humidity, and mustiness. As for the sauna, the seating was worn out and sagging, and the wooden boards were peeling. After 30 minutes, we left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. For a four-star hotel, there are many details that significantly detract from the overall impression.
Clean - great staff- good location
Loved the rooftop bar and the spa
Beds were hard and flat pillows
The bar up top was great and our room was generous.
Unfortunately, my friends, and I sat out in front of the hotel and ordered a bottle of wine. My purse was in the seat and it was stolen. I did not fill out the support of the staff in a very stressful time. I got the impression that it happens regularly there.
Location, SpA, room, bed, clean, friendly staff (especially the receptionist RED).
The location is very good, close to attractions
Not clean and the rooms are tiny
Genius location. Great breakfast. Giulia the Filipina waitress was the best host ever. Fascinating smile and positive attitude welcoming and helping everyone. She’s a great plus to the hotel. The front desk personnel were all great and helpful ladies and gentlemen. I am sorry that I have forgotten the name of the Asian guy of the staff, but he was of great help to us.
An expensive price a bit. It should have included the breakfast and the city tax. A laundry service should be available at disposal.
Good hotel good location great staff
Windows faced other rooms felt like people could watch us change
