Comfortable bed, crisp clean sheets and nicely style room. Great location, easy to walk to from the main train station, Roma Termini. Staff were lovely on check-in.

There was construction going on which was right near my room, it was noisy work. There is a lift some rooms are only accessible by coming out from the lift and taking stairs. The tiles in my shower kept coming loose under my feet.

I was in room 206 and one other room nearby was smoking and it smells on the whole corridor and inside my room.

Excellent location: walking distance to Piazza della Repubblica and the beginning of Via Nazionale with many shops. Very close to Roma Termini station (about a 5-minute walk), where you can easily catch buses and trains to the airport or other cities in Italy, as well as the subway.Friendly, polite, and helpful staff.Amazing breakfast, definitely worth the price: hot omelet and bacon every day, fresh vegetables, cheese, ham, fruit salad, yogurt, cakes, croissants, cookies, and great coffee.Daily room cleaning with fresh towels.Working elevator.Hot water in the shower at any time.Wi-Fi worked well, with no speed or connection issues.We stayed in January, and even when it was around +5°C outside, the room was warm and comfortable.

Unfortunately, no hotel experiences or activities were available during the week of our stay.Some room facilities are old and not renovated: the sink had visible cracks (they didn’t affect usage), worn shower fittings, some tiles looked old or dirty, and the TV was quite small.Uncomfortable pillows — they were hard and flat, making it difficult to sleep well.Poor lighting in the room: only a few lamps, very dim overall. During the day, the room was also quite dark because the window was small and faced an inner courtyard.

The hotel is close to the Rome, main train station and this is what I wanted, also it is in a close proximity to all other tourists attractions, I walked everywhere. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the reception was very professional and helpful, I told them that I was leaving for airport, for my early morning flight, before they open for breakfast, that I have already prepaid, they ask me if I want a small bag with sandwich and some fruits, I was pleasantly surprised that they were concerned about it, I liked that.

One thing I did not like, it was a little bit too noisy, particularly at late night, I think because people were moving in and leaving,

Nice hotel close to the train/metro station- convenient for touring around Rome. Window out of our room opened up to a trash square, but otherwise good accommodation.

Fine location, good breakfast. 24-hour reception in the neighbouring hotel (one BZAR Hotels property). Daily cleaning and change of towels. Convenient WhatsApp support chat.

The room was not very clean and was uncomfortable. The bathroom fixtures require replacement. The lock on the bathroom door did not work, it was particularly inconvenient given that this was a connecting room with one toilet shared by four guests. There were not enough shelves in the room. The view from the window overlooked a remote, unkempt inner courtyard. Outside, there was a constant monotonous hum from some kind of equipment, making it continuously noisy and significantly disturbing sleep.The promised Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent—the signal was extremely weak and unstable.On the first evening there was no hot water, and the shower head was leaking; however, the issue was fixed the next day. At the same time, the shower cabin itself was leaking, resulting in a constant puddle on the floor.At last, the hotel was informed in advance that the purpose of the trip and stay was a family member’s anniversary, but this information was completely ignored. It was disappointing.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the Train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a nice walk to major attractions

Breakfast was okay, but you get tired of the same thing everyday… scrambled eggs (not so great) bacon etc. There was no body wash in the shower and every morning the water in the shower was cool, never any hot water?

Conveniently located, close to the Termini, the entire staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast food selection was great.

More seating in the breakfast room would have been better, very limited depending on what time you eat. Need to get some potato's on the menu for breakfast

Hotel Milani is just 3 minutes walk from Termini Train Station, breakfast is abundant, staffs are very polite and accommodating. They welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco. Luggage storage for free is very much appreciated especially if you plan to still explore Rome after checking out.

This location was perfect for 1 night in Rome before we continued our travels in Italy. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the train station. The rooms were lovely, shower was wonderful after a long flight, and staff was helpful. The breakfast was also fantastic. This is the perfect place to stay close to the train station and I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Honestly, nothing I didn't like.

This place was not bad, but definitely no frills, I think over priced for like a 3 star hotel. We only stayed one night to be close to the train station
