What a charming hotel! It is across the street from ancient ruins....ancient ruins where Julius Caesar was assassinated! We had a room that overlooked the street. Our room had a round bed and a hot tub. We had breakfast delivered daily to the room.
Customer service was fantastic. People could not have been nicer. We loved the breakfast, and it was delicious. The rooms are nice and different than your typical hotel.
The staff was really wonderful! The room was great! The location was great as well. The room had a Turkish sauna in it. Plus they gave welcome drinks. But by far, the staff was really amazing! I will for sure stay again when I return!

Cons -

Stairs...we had to climb two flights of stairs to get to our room.
It was somewhat surprising to see the front door of the hotel just off the busy street. It could be easy to miss, which may be a good thing.
Everything was great. No complaints at all. I mixed up the hotels with the one next door but that was my fault.
