Location is very good for tourists, close to many good restaurants and shopping areas close to Trevi Fountain; inside of room is renovated and clean

Room is small, bathroom has no door so had to use movable screen, not really a suite since there is only one room, crowded and tight for a family of four, no USB chargers in room was inconvenient, note that this looks like a converted old apartment bldg

Excellent location, if a bit hard to find. Nice updated room & bathroom - shower, vanity, toilet all separate. Quiet, clean. Smart TV.

Air freshener smell strong & lingering. No USB plugs.

The staff were all friendly and very accommodative and the check-in process was very straightforward. The hotel was in a great location and the room was very clean.

The location is excellent for sightseeing. Walking distance to all the major sites. The staff, especially the manager,  are quite provide excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained & housekeeping services quite good. I'll stay there again!

The size of the room was surprisingly large.

Check-in process was awkward with only one employee trying to manage everything. Too many interruptions so the process was very slow. No sign so the hotel was hard to find, especially arriving after dark..

We enjoyed our stay at Unica Suites Rome! Everything you need is in there. Well maintained and the room is spacious.

Disorganized and unable to comply with requests.

I have asked for a receipt for work with both names of myself and my co-worker on it 3 times and they said I had to get it directly from booking. Booking said no, that was wrong and I finally got it from the hotel and it only had one name on it. I am still waiting for the receipt with both names. Beware if you are traveling for work it will be insanely difficult to obtain you documents and you should book somewhere else.

The worst hotel I have stayed in ! It’s a trap don’t let the location fools you up. The rooms are dim and no lightening at all, no air circulation even when we open the windows because it’s an old building with no good structure for air and light ! AC is damaged and we asked them to fix it with no response, the toilet is covered with a curtain ! Not even a normal simple glass door ! It’s like a 1 star Motel , it shouldn’t be rated for 4 stars at all. The reception is another disaster unprofessional staff.

The staff was not accommodating. I felt like I was more staying at an Airbnb than a hotel. The beds weren’t super soft. I asked them to clean the room, but they had left for the day at 2pm. I asked for more towels and the front desk guy said I’d need to come get them.

Outstanding location. The room was perfect for my 2 daughters and myself. Beds were very comfy.

Larger elevator and hoping we wouldn't have to climb stairs even though one of us uses a wheelchair. Not totally wheelchair accessible.

Close to all major tourist sites

Air conditioning is as greatly lacking. We stayed April 12-16th average high temps were 64 degrees F. AC was locked at 19 C. But never cooled at all. Don’t stay here is summer it would be awful. Had to sleep with windows open. Right across street from very busy noisy restaurant and tourist walking by talking loudly will 1 am. Then garbage tucks start picking up around 3 am. The deliveries around 5 am. This as room 107 facing the street. Several rooms face the street. Do not get a room facing the street! It’s also an uphill walk, not to bad but exhausting at end of day. There is no elevator. We lugged our suitcases to second level. Glad we were not on 4th level.

Lovely family room with 1.5 bath and a terrace. Our housekeeper was lovely and did a great job. Staff were very helpful after we checked out helping to search for a lost item of property.

Location up a street on a hill at the end of a long day of walking was a bit annoying. Would have been great to have some kind of breakfast offering, or a deal with a local cafe.
