Clean, good location.
No staff attentive most of the time
Great location spacious room comfortable bed decent breakfast
The location is ideal close to all the major attractions and you can walk to everything. Great restaurants close by.
Room was a little small and nothing fancy.
The location is good,It is placed on the third floor, has an Elevator,Beb is comfortable and big.
Rooms with old windows, the terrible noise from the street sounds well in the room (especially at night).Rooms with no door to the bathroom, kind of a curtain instead.Breakfast is poor, no vegetables at all, coffee made and served by the reception guy (we've been told, only one cup per person, no refill, amazing!!!). One kind of sliced hard cheese, yogurt and eggs, there was a kind of salami and sweets...This is a very small hotel, is part of the third floor only (10 rooms), so the options are limited accordingly
Great location, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast & service! Small rooms (typical for Rome) but perfect for what we needed - to explore Rome and rest our heads at the end of the day, and have breakfast before exploring again . We had our 9 month old baby with us and it worked!
Friendly staff and great location- close to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Also a great view from the hotel room.
Nothing it was great.
Good location and view. Friendly staff.
A little bit noisy from the street. Very simple breakfast.
The bed is very comfortable, and the location is fantastic.
I wouldn’t quite call it a hotel. It’s a floor with around 10 rooms, and unfortunately, we ended up in the room right next to the reception. When we arrived, the bathroom sink had a water leak - when washing our hands, water spilled everywhere. This is hard to understand because it was clearly an existing issue, and they should have noticed it when cleaning the room. They did fix it quickly, to be fair, but it was still an unpleasant first impression. The worst part was definitely the noise. The windows are old wooden ones, and whether they’re open or closed makes absolutely no difference. There was a lot of noise, both day and night, making it difficult to get proper rest.
Ideal location, close to Termini station with several restaurants and a mini supermarket nearby.Very comfortable bed.Loved the old fashioned lift that took us up to the hotel location on the 3rd floor.
Hotel was not well signposted so hard to find.Room was small but it didn't really matter.Only tiny rolls and bread for toast, not yummy fresh bread.
Comfortable bed, clean room, and location. Good value for money and continental breakfast was fair.
Needs to replace the toaster as only one side worked.
The location is great, with all the main attractions within walking distance, and the Vatican easily accessible by metro. There is a ministry building across the street from the hotel, which means 24/7 police surveillance and we felt very safe there. The room itself is small, but that's what they have in most hotels in Rome. The bed was comfortable and the room cosy. The room was cleaned every day and we were happy with the level of cleanliness. As our visit was during the winter it was a positive that the room was warm. It should be noted that the bathroom and toilet are basically connected to the room and do not offer privacy, so if you need privacy, this is not the hotel to book.
The soundproofing is almost non-existent, so if someone is walking or talking in the corridor, it feels as if someone is next to your bed. Earplugs are necessary.
The beds were really comfortable and big. The room was very clean. The area was central, only 8 minutes walking distance from the train station and there was a Carrefour express 2 mins from the hotel. The breakfast was simple but it had eggs and sausage which was nice. The clerk who received us upon check-in on the 24th of January at around noon was a very kind and welcoming man!
The rooms are turned to a very noisy and busy street, so bring earplugs or buy them at the supermarket, otherwise you won't be able to get some rest.At the breakfast, to get some coffee or cappuccino we had to ask the receptionist. To free their time and to allow more flexibility, a hot beverages machine should be available for the guests to use themselves. This is just a suggestion! The coffee was great though!
Great location - walkable to all attractions.Close to bars and restaurants .Clean comfortable rooms.
Rooms face road so can be nosy.Breakfast wasn’t great (pastries and bread not very fresh)Internet wasn’t good.
Location is great. You can visit all the main attractions and even Vatican City by walk, if you are ready for 20K steps per day. Metro and supermarkets are quite close as well. The hotel shares the square with the Interior ministry so the police always serves duty next to it, which makes it feel safer.
Although the staff is quite friendly and responsive as well as the cleanliness of the room, but the bathroom needs some renovation due to the mold.
staff are all nice. Good location of the accomodation. good breakfast.
it's in the third floor but there is a lift.
The room was nice with a good view of the Viminale. Warm and comfortable.
Breakfast was a complete disappointment. One morning there was nothing left to eat. Not even a piece of bread.
Room was clean and spacious. Bed was confortable. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful all the time. Breakfast was tasty and enough. Cappuccino was great. Location is amazing. You can walk everywhere and metro is also close.
Location is great. Walkable to all tourist areas and good selection of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast could have been better
