    Pros +

    • This hotel was cute. It wasn't large, but I was impressed what they did with the space. The breakfast in the morning was quite sufficient. The staff was kind and helpful. There was a bus very close to the hotel.
    • Location and friendly staff, surprisingly large and fluffy towels.
    • The place was very clean, the receptionists were always kind and willing to provide recommendations of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and there's no noise overnight. The staff were very polite even though they didn't speak English nor Spanish (just Italian) but were always very attentive. it's easy to get public transportation

    Cons -

    • We had a hard time finding this hotel, and nbo one had heard if it or the street it was on. We had to ask people with smart phones (our phone didn't work outside the U.S.) about the location and which buses to take.
    • You were required to leave your passkey at the front desk anytime you left the property. I prefer to know my things are secure. Probably the hardest bed I have paid for. Innerspring with little padding… but supportive and clean.Tiny shower.
    • Location. Smell.

The staff was amazing! They were very welcoming and kept our room clean and tidy.

It was far from inner city Rome and taxis there and back were sometimes expensive.

The staff was very polite and helpful , except the one while checking in.

The location is absolutely unbearable. It spoils everything. We don't think we'll stay here next time.

The staff and the cleannes, excep the dosh area was small, all other things are top and value for the money

Everything clean, good breakfast and excellent service, the receptionist is very nice. Super!

It’s very far from the city center and the transport is not good!

    10MalenyPosted on: 8-26-2025

It was clean and it had easy access to the bus, it’s right across the street. It’s a very local area so it is very calm. There’s also a mall right next to it and places to eat around it as well

I loved that people at the reception were extremely nice!. The rooms had air conditioning which was amazing cause Rome was boiling. Taking the bus from Tiburtina station is super easy, so we had no problems to go to the turistic center in Rome

I didn’t like their breakfast. The eggs were very cold, and they didn’t have many options

    8ElchinPosted on: 7-23-2025

I especially liked the helpfulness of the Kazakh and Syrian ladies at the reception. They tried to help with everything and were smiling.

It's clean and bus very close the staff is super friendly and they have luggage storage

At the room there has a fluid leaking from the other roof

I had a bad experience in this hotel, they gave me room number 120, and i found a small fan because the air-condition is not cooling the room , the room was super hot as i complained couple times, to the front desk and they did nothing, if anyone will book this hotel, don’t accept room # 120

We didn't have high expectations as we assumed a hotel in Rome at this price would either be very far from the centre or have poor conditions. Overall, the stay was reasonable for the price. The hotel is half an hour by public transport from Colosseum and 10 minutes (bus) 20 minutes (walking) from Tiburtina station. There are some fast foods and bistros with decent food nearby.

●As we arrived we were told that the next day we would have to change rooms because the hotel is fully booked.●The first room had empty cans and soda bottles in the minibar, which we reported to the receptionist with no problem. There were also no batteries in the remote control of the TV.●In the second room, we had some issues with light in the hall that wouldn't go off, but they fixed it with a call to their electrician quite late at night.●The water tank of the toilet filled super slowly, so it would take around half an hour between flushes.●The breakfast was 6€ / person, but there was no real food, just dried tomatoes in oil, sour cabbage, olives, some ham, and boiled eggs. The coffee was good

Super large room that housed four of us. Staff was very helpful in sharing info about places to visit on our last day. We chose to spend the last day out of the city at Lake bracciano. Great reccommendation!! Breakfast was super great in the morning.

Great location , very friendly staff. Met the owner, kind and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. For short trips it would very good since the location is very convenient.

The rooms are a bit smaller than expected. The breakfast could be improved a little. The facilities in the rooms could be upgraded a bit as well.

Breakfast is good and the rooms are also good. The receptionists are very helpful. All considered, it is a very nice hotel.

It is a bit far from the centre of Rome but it has a bus stop right across the street and it is very easy to get to the centre.
