- That is was near a Metro station. The staff could not have been nicer.
- Great location. Rooms were clean and spacious.
- The location is great! There’s a metro station in front of the hotel and it’s also walkable distance to the touristic spots. The staff were amazing, friendly and nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and organised.
Cons -
- The bathroom was moldy, not just the tile but the dry wall as well. It was gross. I needed to be scrubbed down.
- There was no sign on the doors of location to let you know you are at the right place or where you check in.

I liked it everything!
Location was great to catch a metro.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable , my kids could not sleep because it did not have proper back support. Windows were not sealed enough to stop traffic noise specially it is located next to busy intersection. Bathroom did not have shower curtains.
The location is a bit close to the colloseum. The room is spacious.
The outside paint can be updated as there are a lot vandalism which do not look pleasing.
Great location , close to many tourist spots, great staff !
One of the bathrooms had a foul odor that wouldn’t go away. Didn’t affect our stay as there were other bathrooms in our suite that we used instead, but could be checked for future guests
I liked where it was located, so convenience, transportation and the staff(Ana) she was so kind to me and my family, she answered every question and made my family very comfortable
Metro just outside, very near all attractions and very clean
We really liked the hotel's location; it was very convenient for getting everywhere. Also, the place was always clean, and everything we needed from a hotel was available.
One of the beds was not very comfortable (sofa-bed).
Location is ok. 15 minutes walking to the colosseum
Stairs before the elevator, so if you have kids, strollers, heavy bags it would he a challenge. Breakfast is outside with a restaurant so minimum just croissant, juice coffee jam and butter
The location was great, 12 minute walk to coloseu and the hotel was at the metro station. The girls at the front desk were amazing.the offerrd to save our lugage after we checked out tith the clossing time and also we had a check in faster then 14:00..A big big up to the frendly and helping girls of the front desk.
Great location, directly on the Metro line A. On site parking was possible, for an additional Euro 20 per night. We had a one bedroom apartment which was functional and spacious.
The room was run-down but functional. The lounge was so dirty we did not use it. There was no blanket on the bed, and no blanket in the room. After requesting a blanket from reception, there was still no blanket. We had to use additional towels on the bed to help keep warm.
The building itself was a little bit old, but the apartment was nice. It looked fairly new, it was clean, and it was well stocked. The check-in and checkout instructions were very clear and communication before hand was great. The location was great access to public transportation and was only 15 minutes from the Colosseum.
We weren’t sure what we wanted to see so I didn’t look at the map super carefully, but in the future, I would probably stay on the other side of the Colosseum. While we were only 15 minutes from the Colosseum, we were almost 45 minutes from the Trevi fountain and almost an hour from the Trastevere district where it was recommended we explored the great food Rome had to offer. As I said before, as well, the building itself was a little sketchy looking. The elevator was also old and quite small, but we were glad that they had one so we didn’t have to carry our suitcase up five flights of stairs. The pullout couch in the living room was also not very well supported, and sitting on the edge of the bed was risky.
Right next to a metro station, and a short 15 minute walk to the colosseum. Parking available in the back.
Huge room and clean bed and bathroom, enough towels and soap. Easy access to the room.
Noise from the street was a but too much.
Great location and was easy to get to everything around.
The 4 units we rented were run down and were in need of repairs. Nothing like the pictures show. Perhaps the pictures are from 20 years ago.
Inside was clean and comfortable. Located where we could walk to the different attractions we wanted to see. Staff cleaned the room while we were out.
The outward appearance. I was petrified when I first saw the building and was scared it was a bad booking but was extremely relieved when we stepped inside.
Everything was a complete disgrace. Booking.com should not rep a filthy and irresponsible place. I reconfirmed my arrival time 3 days in a row. I was told that the office was open until 4:00 and not to worry if we were there earlier. I had prepaid the full amount for three nights. When I arrived the gal in the office did not know my name the apartment was not ready and she demanded twice as much room tax per person per night as was previously requested in my original booking. They gave us dirty blankets and the upholstery was filthy, a couple of chairs were old and totally torn. This was not a place you want to spend a vacation. On the second day, two men entered the lobby of the place after we had returned from lunch. A small fellow and a very large fellow over 6 ft 5 and 280 lb. They made some remarks in Italian and I directed the small fellow to the office. I felt that they had bad intentions and in fact, the small fellow robbed my cousin and the large fellow began chasing me up the steps. I pulled out a cart that has a fire extinguisher on it told him to get back, and ran to my apartment where the door was open as my cousin's had just entered. There were no cameras and no interest in helping us. We moved the next day and I would like to have this third night prefunded as well as the 72 Euros that they demanded for tax. We got a clean apartment near fuccino, we were all afraid to stay there another moment I do not recommend the Colosseum Resort Hotel. It is not a resort it is a dump.
There was nothing about this property and the amenities were zero. No microwave, a couple glasses and plates, everything was disgusting and right on top of a metro stop with very sketchy people hanging out in front. I hope that booking.com will stand behind this and refund some of our $450
Good location. Could drop off luggage before check in.
AC was fine at checkin but at night it stopped cooling. Could barely sleep because of the heat even with windows open.Mini fridge was honestly just a decoration as it wasn't working. Some previous reviews mentioned this so it seems it still hasnt been fixed.Kitchenette had no sink. Only sink was in the toilet. There's no staff onsite at night so there's no one to fix anything if needed.Thankful we only had one night here.
The location is right at the Manzino subway stop which was very convenient as we had a lot of luggage with us. It was a very spacious room for our family of 6 and had 3 bathrooms which was incredible!
Security - the bolt lock did not work on the main door to our space which made us feel uncomfortable. We only stayed one night and would have requested it be fixed or a room change if we were staying longer.
