Pros +
- Loved the hotel, really nice and cozy in the middle of Rome. Location is perfect. They also serve coffee and bakeries for free aside from the breakfast which I believe is a good gesture. Staff is amazing, special thanks to Simona, she was super helpful and very welcoming and helped us with everything in our stay. I would definitely go back again
- Terrible hotel. A horrible and...
- Everything was great, and the staff were friendly—especially the Italian lady, who was very professional and kind. However, there was one staff member who treated us very poorly. He was a Filipino man who assisted us during check-out, and his attitude was extremely disrespectful. He seemed annoyed by our luggage and was openly rude. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and might make us reconsider staying at the hotel again.
Cons -
- Very disappointing experience. The room was dusty, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and was not clean at all. We arrived late at night and immediately felt uncomfortable staying there. Because of the poor conditions, we decided to leave the next morning.Despite barely staying overnight, the hotel refused to refund our money, which felt very unfair. On top of that, the service was unhelpful and unfriendly.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- The location of our room was in front of the public toilet, so everytime we opened our door we saw a toilet, since nobody bothered to close the door. The ventilation of our bathroom didn’t work, we told the staff - no one even bothered to get back to us. We asked for a twin room, we received a double bad and the person in the front desk offered to give us sheets to separate the bed ourselves since the cleaning crew already left.

The location was great, the deluxe room was specious

Fantastic spot, safe, near many sights of Rome and many fine restaurants or suvenir spots. Near the metro station and bus stop.Friendly and helpful staff, 24_7 reception, comfortable bed, all very clean, big room, beautiful drawing on the wooden ceiling, very warm in the winter, cosy, homey feeling, coffee machine and capsules available all day long in the lobbie, complimentary croissants every morning.
You have to carry your bags the steps up to the reception Avoid the rooms in the reception and lobbie floor if you need a very quiet envrioment in the morning
only the location
I am writing to complain about the condition of the room we were given during our stay. When we arrived, the bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were hairs in the bathroom left from previous guests, and the overall cleanliness was very poor.In addition, there was no bathroom door, which is completely unacceptable. Every time we took a shower, water flooded outside the bathroom. We could also clearly hear people in the next room, which made it impossible to rest properly. The quality of the room was far below what was advertised, and the price we paid was absolutely not worth it. Because of these serious issues, our stay was very uncomfortable. If this situation cannot be resolved properly, I would like to request a refund.
Great location (on Via del Corso), helpful staff (reception open 24/7), extremely comfortable beds, daily cleaning services, Wi-Fi and shower amenities (including toothpaste and toothbrush). Croissants and coffee are offered in the morning free of charge.
Location
No elevator till first floor and check out is 11 not 12!
Nespresso Coffee machine, cokies and water and frizzante in lobby all the timeAlso inside patioSimona at the front desk is wonderful Location is fantastic.
Wasn’t very clean the room headboard to the bed had so much hair and wasn’t well kept. Very dim lights.
The location is excellent. We had already stayed at this hotel under its previous name. It is one of the hotel's main advantages.
The check-in was a bit surreal. As we arrived late, the check-in process was carried out by an employee who was clearly not a receptionist, done simultaneously on the phone with someone who was giving instructions on how to do the process and the billing. The air conditioning system in the room never produced cold air. It turned on, but only to ventilate, never to cool. We asked for help at reception, but they were never able to resolve the issue. We had two hot nights of poor sleep, trying to sleep with the window open. Strangely, there was a fan in the room...Rome has many tourists, so it is possible that this is the level of service intended for one-time guests. This is legitimate, but it may not be acceptable to guests who pay almost €300 per night.Clearly not recommended until changes and improvements are made.
poor and not recommended
our room is on the top floor (always hit our heads) without window. The bathroom was in a poor condition. The shower head was broken and the floor become wet and very dangerous after taking a shower.
It was clean. The location was perfect.
The stairs to the lobby was a lot with heavy luggage. The elevator was a small lift.
The decor was lovely and my daughter loved the fresh croissants every morning. Some of the staff were so lovely and others were not interested in creating a great stay.
We stayed for 3 days and they refused to empty the bins or top up water in our room. They only made the bed. Would have preferred bins to be emptied. Also many steps up to reception and no porterage!
The location is very convenient to tour city. And the lady italian daytime staff was very friendly.
We stayed at the room has attic concept. There was no windows can get a natural daylight and the washroon doesn’t have shower curtain.Everytime i take a shower, it flooded on the floor.
I liked the staff, they were very helpful. The coffee at the lounge was great, and the croissants were tasty and fresh. Water was extremely hot, the bed was amazing, deep aleep into it.

Staff on board are not helpful. My payment by card or credit card was malfunctioning and he was short with me - found it was their defective payment device. I ask for help getting to the hotel and to the terminal- no help. I was not knowledgeable about tours or sites, although I was assured by email that they would assist me once there. Not a good place for a solo traveler who doesn't speak Italian. I told my review would be negative.
No Hospitality - I did not get to take a picture of my room. My cellphone battery was dead when I finally got into my room after 3; I planned to take a picture on Sunday and after room was cleaned. After being gone most of the day on Sunday, returned to room and it still hadn't been cleaned. I eat a delicious pizza next door and did manage to video tape the hotel but not my room. Continental Breakfast was a joke - Croissant and coffee.
Friendly staff, very accommodating and great location for shopping
No lift for luggage from ground floor and bathroom was small
Location only
To begin with, if you have a heavy suitcase, you have to carry it up the narrow stairs to the second floor. No one will help you. We were given a room at the very top, which was more like a prison cell with a small window in the ceiling. The sink didn't work, which was extremely inconvenient. The room wasn't cleaned. Well, they did come to clean it at 2:30 p.m., when we wanted to escape the heat and get some sleep. We asked for a later time, but no one came. Why can't they clean the room in the morning? This is what happens in all hotels while the guests walk around the city. The hotel definitely doesn't cost 300 euros per night for a room where you can't even stand up straight.
