Pros +
- The location and the lift
- Safe location. Good and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.
- The free breakfast is great. The location is very convenient to Termini.
Cons -
- No cleaning service. The first day we thought it was because we didn’t leave the key when we went out. But the next days there was no one in the reception to leave the key with. Because of that we couldn’t even complain about it.
- The shower is too tight for a plus size individual like me.
- No hot water in the shower, window did not latch properly(looked like an easy fix) room smelt like cigarettes, especially bathroom , possibly from ventilation from another room.

Cheap price, A/C worked fine, window view was nice, front desk guy was nice and professional.

Close to termini station
Noisy, room too small, and didn’t smell good, shower head was rusty and fell off, had to wait one day to get it installed and they installed the same shower head that sprayed water all over the top

The location is good. But not the neighbourhood
Not clean enough, as we were there for 9 days we had to ask for towels to be changed. Sheets weren’t changed at all. Bed not made properly. We had to do it ourselves. Only 1 bin in the bathroom and didn’t get emptied daily. No shelves or hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes & towels up or hooks in rooms. Being disabled I had great difficulty to pick soaps etc up from bathroom’s floor when having a shower. Sink doesn’t drain properly. Table cloths on tables do not get changed but turned over after each seating. Very hot in the room no air vents. Otherwise air con has to be put on…. In winter…. Unable to keep window open at night as too noisy. Drug users & dealers and prostitutes loitering outside the door, making it very dangerous to be on your own or coming back late at night…….Internet not working. We were told it was something new that they were not aware of. And that our phone weren’t compatible
My experience was positive: it's not a great neighborhood but being close to the station is awesome logistic wise. They offer a decent room with private bathroom and breakfast for a ridiculously low rate. I love the fact that the receptionist took me to the room, opened its door for me, and asked me if I like it.. It's something you don't see that often anymore unfortunately. The room is humble but it has everything you need, it's clean and the bed is very comfortable.
Something they should warn is that the reception of the hotel is on a different floor, where there's another hotel ran by the same owner. This hotel is on the 4th floor where you'll find a sign "the reception is on the 3rd floor" they should just mention that to the guests when they book. Somewhere around 2am there was some people speaking loud on the flat, but that's not the hotel's fault, just the rude behavior of its guests.
My room was no.307. The shower bath is under dtandard. when I made reservation I was told my rome was a family room. But I was given very narrow rome contrsry to the promise. The staff were very friendly. Thank you for that.
Very kind and polite receptionists, everyday clean sheets
Too much noise, if you want it for rest- better not
The property was located next to the train and bus station.
Room was not clean. They didn't change the sheets or towels during the entire stay. There was a smell in the washroom. They hygiene level was questionable.

Worst place to stay with...
This property is not a place to stay. Bed smell in the room. TV is smaller like a Tablet.Place for Breakfast is very small and full with bachelors
Location, close to Termini train station.
Very simple breakfast, strange taste of milk for coffee. Poor mattress quality.
Nothing . I have been cheated
Room SizeBed Size In Booking.com, they shared the details of room that Twin Bed shall be available But when I reached there, it was single bed

I liked the location and the air-conditioning.
The room was not clean, there were spots on the bed sheets the floor has not been vacuumed for ages. The bathroom was in poor condition too the bath was yellowish with hair on the floor, there were no soaps or anything you could wash even your hands. The water in the bathroom was barely leaking, and there was no warm water.
Unsafe, Dirty and Sketchy
My family and I were excited to arrive to Hotel Ferrari, only to be caught by surprise in the worst ways. Outlets were sticking out of the wall, the water quality was poor, and we overall felt very unsafe with our stay. At some point in the night, the power completely shut down. The door would not shut right, leaving lack of privacy. We needed to pay a city tax and told them we were unsure with keeping our full stay, so we asked to pay the morning after and they agreed. Upon the morning off, the office worker locked the front door, saying he would not let us out until we paid. The most confusing part of all, is that you had to leave your key at the front every single time you left. We luckily saved ourselves from this trouble, but it is incredible to think in the time you’ve booked a room, you don’t have privacy for your items, knowing they can enter whenever they’d like.Overall, this hotel is located in a sketchy part of Rome. Our initial 4 day booking was turned to 1 when we checked out the next day.
The location is fine, just a few steps from the Termini station. All around you have minimarkets and bars open till late night. AC was working well. The bathroom was fine.
My room was on the third floor, and the fourth floor was under construction. The noise during the day was quite strong. The elevator was deadly slow. I would appreciate some modernization in the equipment of the room. I missed the fridge.
