Felt like hostel , walls between rooms like paper, although this was possibly due to badly fitting adjoining doors, at one point I actually thought the people next door were in the room! No staff after 4:00 pm, arrived after dark - difficult entry.

Very close to the Termini, staff fast responding to emails, complete and ready to understand instructions for late check-in. Perfect water pressure in the shower.
