Location
Staff, location and cleanliness
Location of the hotel is close to the colosseum and public transportation that takes you to other sites such as the Vatican. The staff was excellent and very welcoming.

Cons -

Power outages, no hot water, no toilet paper roll holder, no closet or wardrobe
AC
You can hear the commotion outside in your room. If you dont want to wake up in the middle of the night from people laughing or conversing , I would request a room away from the back of the building and be located from the second floor up.
