Boutique Centrale Palace

The hotel is in a fantastic location. I wanted a hotel with old Roman charm which is what it offers. They are in the process of updating. Which was fine with me. My room was comfortable and clean. I could here the music of the street artists below.

Great location.

We had to WhatsApp the staff when we arrived as the front door was locked. We were also under the impression from our booking that breakfast was included, but it was not. Bed was least comfortable of our 3 hotels on this trip.

Great hotel, great people, extremely friendly. I've read other reviews about the food/room service not being so good. Well let me tell you how wrong they are. Best pancakes I've ever had hands down. And I like my pancakes. Just an overall great hotel

The location was great. In the heart of everything. The staff was wonderful.

My room had a slight cigarette smoke smell. Other than that it was great.

We did not have hot water for a day. The room had a terrible sewage smell coming from the drains.

Only the location was good , the hotel was not clean , the bed was peeled, there was not even tissue paper to dry my face , it was a lot of noise nd false alarm all the time . Breakfast very silly

Excellent location, close to all the sites. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room was nice however all of the doors (bathroom, closet etc) wouldn't open properly because they kept getting stuck on the floor. The shower door didn't keep the water in and the bathroom floor got very wet every time we had a shower. It said on the website that there was a hot tub but we didn't see this anywhere.

water takes an age to warm up and shower broken and fix our toilrt seat. Breakfast in room medium so would be better to book room only and eat in cafe immediately outside

It’s located in a very central location, which makes it very convenient to get around.

Granted it’s located in a central district, the evenings could be get quite loud (probably tourists), but it doesn’t last very long.

Location is great. Room is spacious enough for Europe. We didn’t complain during our stay but I won’t stay there again. Looks like place is in need of the good maintenance.

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything, close to Trevi. Close to Spanish steps. Close to great shopping places.The staff was very friendly and nice. Very attentive. We got a room upgrade at arrival . It was a very nicely newly renovated room with a cute balcony.Can highly recommend this place.

Parking is 10 min walking distance.
