Cleanliness, lack of amenities, breakfast was terrible and cold

Desk staff spoke poor English and, perhaps because of this, were not helpful even with common tourist info My room had periodic strong odor from the sewer. Pipes need to be flushed. There were also roaches coming from drain

room was cold n shower door had plastic inserts one had a crack water leaked on floor told desk clerk nothing was done about it,room had an odor they moved us to a room which was a lot nicer desk clerk told us room was not paid told him was prepaid rude

Staff - lovely!Breakfast - simple but okay!Location - not so bad. Would be great during summer months!I really liked the convenience of a water fountain just outside the room to refill the bottles!CHapel in the top floor - now that's a 10 for me!!

The hotel is close walking to the Vatican. The only inconvenience is that the street to go to the hotel is deep high if you have difficulty to walk could be complicated. The room that we had was very nice with a nice view, the breakfast was very nice and they had the gluten-free options that we needed. All the staff were very friendly. we only stay 1 night. They have a beautiful terrace where you can see the Vatican it has spectacular views.

The only thing I didn't like was the dryer. It is connected to the wall so it is very difficult to manage to dry your hair since the cord is not long enough. I recommend you bring your dryer.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel however there are a few good cafe’s nearby… within a 5 minute walk

Hotel staff assisted in arranging transportation from airport and then again to Cruise Port. Communication was very prompt and precise and very professional. All was arranged thoroughly without any problems. Very professional staff

The location is great, very close to St. Peter Square, but in a quiet area with good restaurants, a small supermarket, pharmacies and hair salons... very convenient..

No iron available. I brought a steamer but broke, I had to buy an iron across the street, since it was to close to a major event that I had. Front desk did not offer any assistance with that request... otherwise the front desk staff was very nice.

Location to the Vatican was great (less than 10 mins) for the other tourist hotspots of Rome it was an hour walk. Staff were pleasant and spoke good English

Cleaners did not follow the do not disturb sign on door. Moved items unnecessarily in the room.

Close to Vatican City. Big room with terras.

Airconditioning was poor, way too hot in the room. Concierge was smoking behind the reception. Rooftop terras was not inviting to have a drink or to stay.

This hotel was outstanding! The staff , the breakfast service which included everything imaginable, plus the eggs and bacon many enjoy, great cappuccino and friendly servers, the Restaurant was the best food in Rome ! Gorgeous decor amazing server ( not sure of his name ) professional , great Roman dishes, seafood pasta appetizers, beautiful atmosphere! The room was clean spacious ,air conditioning, great personal care item shampoo , staff at the desk helped us get local taxi and also transfer to airport ! Cannot believe how beautiful the terrace was in a quiet neighborhood , with a beautiful church walking distance ! Loved Il CANTICO !!!

The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The position of the hotel was very central to the Vatican.

The Manager of the restaurant was rude .They didn't provide a variety of healthy options for breakfast even when I request 1 option of food.

No pool or jacuzzi. No snak store! Too dam high for coffee and hot breakfast needs other meet options , sauce or ham or corns beef!

The location was great perfect for my needs, a walking distance to the Vaticinó I’m a slow waiting and making it in 35: minutes

The checking in out to early most places is at 11:00

Excellent location and a very clean and comfortable room! All the main attractions are 10-30 minutes away on foot and there is also a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I booked this hotel for my solo tour and I always felt safe! There is also free water in every corridor so you can refill your bottles and stay hydrated!

Good Buffet Breakfast . Room was a little small but the big balcony with views made up for it. Stunning city views and side view of Basilica from the Balcony. Great city views from the rooftop. Within walking distance to St Peters Basilica. Staff very friendly especially Daniel at the Bar Restraunt. We were able to book Day tour of Amalfi Coast, Positano and Pompeii in a private coach with the friendly staff at the reception. Stefano our tour driver and the tour guide at Pompeii were both excellent.

The room is super cozy and clean, and the staff is just amazing

The location is not the best, but it is easy to get around the city on an e-scooter
