    Pros +

    • Staff member, Gabriel. Extremely helpful
    • Good hotel in a excelent location. Very close to main termini station and hop on hop off buses. Staff polite and helpful. Good choice of breakfast and excellent value for money. The rooftop garden is a hidden surprise.
    • location is very convenient to train station and Metro station. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around the area.

    Cons -

    • 3 people put into a extremely small room, very uncomfortable. Heard other couples commenting on how large of a room theyhad. Discussed with hotel clerk who became very defensive and was not willing to work with me. Item of clothing was taken from my room.
    • You have to leave your key at the reception desk. old school style. Decoration is a bit dated. But, you are looking for a place to stay with short distance walk to station. This is a good one to stay.
    • Unbearable stink in the bathroom

Breakfast had verities and was practical mix of different choices. Location is very good , walking distance from train and bus stations and can walk around many of the tourist distinations. The room was cozy.

The room was small than expected and toilet had stuffy smell.

I am not sure what to like about it because I was relocated to a nearby hotel because the hotel was fully booked.

I booked this hotel the morning of the check in date. When I arrived, the staff told me the hotel was fully booked and I was told I was being upgraded to another hotel nearby. It was raining that day, so a staff walked us over to another hotel few minutes away in the rain. We checked in to this other hotel, room was roomy and clean. But since I didn’t get to stay at the original room that I booked, I wouldn’t know if I was being upgraded.

5 mins Walking distance from the Terminal station. Many dinning options nearby on the street. Safe area. You will most likely need bus, metro or taxi to reach out different sightseeing places. Good value if you will spend most of time sightseeing in Rome. This is a trustful place for the basic stays. All things work.

Lack of sound-proofing. If you are not lucky, loud neighbors and their late-night actions will disturb your sleeping quality. The room was very small.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, walking distance to the Roma Termini station, lots of restaurants nearby and the Museo Nazionale Palazzo Massimo just up the road. Beds were really comfy, room was spacious and the shower was the best!

There is no kettle or coffee/ tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel is in a good location and the day staff at the Reception Desk were friendly and courteous.

The love seat in the room was dirty with stains on it. The worst part was the shower curtain. It was not positioned correctly in the bathtub, so the curtain kept billowing out and clingy to your body as you attempted to take a shower - most uncomfortable.

    Location and staff

The room was REALLY small and the sofa cama was terrible.

Hotel changed my room to other hotel Augusta without my agreement. I couldn’t sleep well because of the unknown noise in the hotel Augusta. The crews were unkind, angry, looked racist. This was worst experience and I will never book again this hotel.

Hotel was in a great location at central, facing the Oprah house, lots of bars, restaurants and walking distance from Rome termini Station, stuff was friendly and nice.

    Happy for my stay
