Great view and wonderful restaurant.

Breakfast could have been a little more variety. Everyday the same main course of scrambled eggs. Cold cereal options woould have been preferred.

The location is perfect with one bus stop right outside the door and one less than a block away. The metro is only a few steps from the door. The room was very comfortable and a little bigger than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet was good. I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk is not open 24 hours. Early check-out in the morning and late check-in at night are not available.

Great location and clean rooms, historic, had an elevator and near the Metro and buses.

For the price, breakfast should be included. No iron in room and thermostat difficult to operate.

The location, the facilities and the staff

Breakfast. Had to go across the street to get it using either a 3Euro or 6Euro voucher. Would have liked TV to have an English language news channel. It did have movies and shows in English

Convenient location; walkable to many attractions; Metro station next to hotel.

Front desk could have been more hospitable; was treated as if it was my first hotel stay and it had nothing to do with the language.

The property was the perfect location, ten minutes from the Spanish steps! Very comfortable bed, clean, and very helpful friendly staff.

Casa Capucci offers a truly special experience. The property is an old convent, and staying in what used to be the monks’ rooms adds a unique and historic charm. The beds are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. The location is excellent—close to many of Rome’s main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. It’s a different kind of stay, full of character, and I would definitely recommend it.

If you’re looking for a luxury stay with high-end amenities, this may not be the place for you. Casa Capucci is simple and modest, but that’s also part of its charm. While it doesn’t offer luxury, it is comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the overall experience is warm and welcoming.

Good-sized rooms, large windows, plenty of storage, comfortable mattress, and nice bed linens.

Not much in the way of amenities on site, but with a central location nothing is too far away.

When we first came in the front desk was amazing when helping us navigate the city. He gave us so many recommendations including dinner for that night. We were really appreciative of him.

The location of this property is really great. I have never used the metro in Italy and it is close by and very convenient. There’s a lot to do in walking distance. Walking distance to the Trevi fountain, pantheon, and Spanish steps.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. It wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it looked like it could use a deep clean.

Efficient service, responsive. All staff are friendly, some just more so than others. Loved its location right next to the Palazzo Barberini was perfect for my trip to Caravaggio 2025. Also within 30 minutes walk to most of Rome's popular attractions. Metro stop steps away. Plenty of dining options nearby. If you have some time to kill, the crypts tour in the church next door is good. Discount is offered. Discounts also offered from nearby restaurants to hotel guests. Be sure to ask.

Rooms are small but it is prime Rome location...

Fantastic, central location very close to metro and landmarks and attractions, yet quiet. This was really a great base to reach all many important cites in Rome. The quiet room was a great way to recharge after the busy and hot streets outside. The air conditioning worked very well.Lovely Church next door, historically connected to the building.

The bathroom and bed sheets were clean, but the floor of our room could have been cleaned better.

Location was perfect for all of our walking destinations and the Staff was very kind to let us store our bags in a closet at Front Desk (as we arrived many hours before check-in). Beds were extremely comfortable and Wi-Fi was very good.

More than I had wanted to spend for the accommodations BUT the location made it worthwhile.

It’s a bit tricky to understand that one needed to use an intercom to be “let in” to use the lift…. To take us to the 2nd floor to check in. The air conditioning wasn’t that great. When I called the front desk, they said it was because Italy mandates a certain temperature and cannot adjust it any lower during April. They said they would try to find fans for us… they never did.

The space is a little too small but very clean. The hotel manager is very helpful and accommodating.

Got there earlier than the check-in so they let me keep my bags on the property and explore the city
