Roma Luxus Hotel

The staff was nice, and the location was good.

The room wasn¿t cleaned properly. There were knobs missing indicating hot water. The mat in the shower used to be white, it was yellow. The bed is hard and very squeaky. This hotel should not be considered 5 stars in any way or form.

Location is great. We were able to walk to everything.

The room was, weird. You walked thought the bathroom to go up some stairs to the bedroom. Little bit hazardous when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. A lot of dust floating around

Small room, not very clean

The location was OK.

The hotel did not have air conditioner. My room was very hot. I got so hot I got heat exhaustion and had to call an ambulance. I was in the hospital for two days recovering from the hotel. Plus, no water in the room. No way is this 5 star.

The location was right in the center of every, so very easy to get back too, however there is constant commotion and traffic everywhere. The high ceilings were enjoyable.

Everything was beautiful. The things I feel could be altered, were the mats in the shower, have a funk under them. Also the water for showering made me feel a bit slimy. However everything was very pleasant and luxurious.

Very nice staff and very clean rooms. Great location and accommodating staff.

All of the staff had great attitudes and they were always willing to help. It¿s in a great location, even for using public transportation.

Our shower leaked on the left side, so we had to be mindful to mop it up after use, or move the showerhead over to the other side where the door is, or even both. a complete lack of counter space in the bathroom just made it very cumbersome To get ready.

Not remotely a 5 star hotel, staff unhelpful/didn't care, the thinnest walls possible with loud guests that kept us awake all night - hotel staff couldn't care less when we told them

Great hotel, a little hard to find as there is no sign outside. But every one was nice and it was literally 3 block to the Colosseum, and near everything we wanted to see.

The legs of the bed are poorly designed, we stubbed out toes several times, and the wait for coffee at breakfast was long

Prime location in the city of Rome. The hotel staff are professional, incredibly helpful with your needs as a hotel visitor. The rooms and the hotel restaurant food and staff are always great. I recommend this hotel for if you are taking a trip to Rome.

This hotel has a major ant problem and do not clean their towels. There were almost a hundred ants in the room near the bed and the bathroom. This was a problem for two rooms that we were in. We also found a towel with dried blood on it in the bathroom

Noise, they were making some sort of constructions. little natural light in the room.

Friendly staff (was our favorite), wonderful location, great on-site restaurant, breakfast was perfect. We would definitely return and highly recommend to friends and family.

Not actually a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, 20Euro, was incredibly average with tiny mass made croissants. The walls of our room were covered in scuff marks. There is a hot tub and sauna but they want you to pay 100Euro/hour to use it-NOTa luxury hotel move.

Room was beautiful!! There was free water and fruit for us when we arrived. Nice staff as well.

Breakfast was ok. There could've been more selection. Eggs were just ok at best.

Oh my goodness the hotel is in a prime location 10 min walk to Colossem, 10 min drive to Vatican City! The staff are beyond helpful. The hotel is super clean! We had our honeymoon stay here and we will be back!!

Loved everything

Incredible location. Our room was beautiful - elegant, sound proof, room darkening curtains, cozy bed, excellent amenities and fantastic coffee. Wonderful breakfast too. I would stay here every time if I can! Loved it.

First off the staff from the beginning was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had great amenities. The location for seeing Rome was perfect, right next to the colosseum and forum. Great night life and restaurants in the immediate area
