Beautiful facility, accommodating staff.

The room was very hot, and it took quite a while to figure out how to lower the temperature. (And there was a private party at the restaurant; so opening the window made it too loud to sleep.) It never did get comfortable but at least became tolerable.

This place is really beautiful but shockingly close to the center by car relative to similar offerings. the restaurant is terrific, the staff are attentive and helpful.

The location is perfect, staff was really helpful. Tasty breakfast was a nice bonus.

Room was fairly roomy for European standards but uncomfortably warm. Before booking the staff told us they had ice cold AC. But upon check in we were told the AC units had broken recently. We did not know when they’d broken as we were not notified nor did we know when they’d be fixed. The AC did not put out near enough air to cool the room at all. During the night the unit would stop blowing out the little bit of cold air that it would blow. So the room stayed very warm until we had the front desk staff give us a fan the second day which made it only tolerable. Chilly at night but warm still during the day. There was not enough room in the bathroom particularly vanity space to put hardly any of our items. Not enough water pressure either and water would take absolutely forever to get hot.

We loved the fact that this hotel was outside of the hussle and noise of Rome.Staff were friendly and helpful and two us required gluten free breakfasts which on one day the staff even went out to fetch some bread we could eat.Beautiful pool and gardens.Good air-conditioning unit meant that we were able to cool off in very hot weather.

Spending time outside in garden/ pool we were badly bitten by mosquitoes which meant we couldn't enjoy the outside space The noise within the hotel was significant that our sleep was disturbed every night. Mostly by noise from the hotel but walls are also very thin and other guests activities and door slamming as well as conversations in corridors meant we left very tired.Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.Lack of view/ window that we could sit and look out.

This is an excellent place to stay. Tricky to find, it really is out in the country! But what a wonderful place. The breakfast couldn't have been better. We loved it! The restaurant was very good. Most of the people eating there looked to be locals celebrating one thing or another, the place is very special. Makes sense people would want to celebrate and gather there. Our room was very clean and attractive. What a gem this place is.

We got very lost getting there. But we are terrible with navigation, so it's probably us. If you are going to stay here, it is outside the little town, we think it is just north of the little town on a country road, the signs aren't well marked, but if you use a real navigation system you should be fine. But seriously a beautiful place worth the driving around! Very much what one might think of as under the Tuscan sun. And the food was very good!

Nice room and place.

There was a big party the night we stayed and nobody was kind enough to let us know about it before giving the keys. I complain the following morning but they even didn't look like anoyed. They should say when you book a room that the evening will be very noisy. We would have gone somewhere else.It's a shame beacause we didn't enjoy at all our stay even if the place was beautiful. We would unfortunately not come back.

Lovely attentive staff, very kind and helpful

There arent very good public transport links. I rented a bike which wasnt ideal for visiting Roma as it gets very dark at night on surrounding roads. It would be perfect for those with a car. I loved the blissfulness of the countryside after being in Roma all day.

Delicious breakfast and marvellous grill dishes. Nice surrounding, easily available metro (by car). Kind and professional staff. Aim to return!

By far the best place we have stayed in Italy. It was so easy to get to. Its a beautiful estate that has been converted to luxury rooms. All the service & amenities you could ask for. We actually thought it would be perfect for a wedding destination. The food was outstanding, interesting, gourmet cuisine. We can’t say enough good things about it! Wish we would have stayed there much longer.

Restaurant is excellent for an evening meal. Food is fabulous as is the service. The rooms are a good size, the pool is small but is hardly used so we had it to ourselves. Easy to find, quiet, free parking and helpful, engaging staff. Highly recommend.

Unique interiors and outdoor area with the swimming pool. Amazing diner at the terrace definitely was the cherry on the top.

Beautiful quiet place close to Rome

The property is beautiful in a quiet spot with free parking close to the city and 30 minutes from the airport. Wonderful restaurant at the property and a nice pool. The staff was more than accommodating and knew we were vegan and made custom vegan dishes that were phenomenal! If you are looking for a quiet solace from the city, this is it!

The location is beautiful! Awesome place to relax if you want the city nearby. The staff was very kind and the restaurant in the evenings super delicious and cozy. The pool area was small but because there are not many hotel guests it is good enough.

The breakfast was for my German Breakfast taste a little bit poor and I would have appreciated more support when you arrive without car (e.g. special taxi conditions, bikes, rentable cars, a transfer option to the city, …)
