- The location was great and I loved the rooftop terrace. The room size was also good.
- The history and the buildings. The air conditioning was great during the heatwave. The free breakfast was nice.
- The atmosphere, price and decent breakfast service.
Cons -
- The only downside was the walk to the room which was quite long but that is being extremely picky. It was also a little expensive.
- The lighting in the room was dark. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.
- Yes, 2 of the 3 light bulbs in our room were not working initially, which they had to come and change. The power outlet in the toilet was out of order.

Pretty inside the main room.
Horrible staff, bad service, dirty rooms, no wifi anywhere.
I can't pick one thing I liked best. The location was great, right on the bus line so everything felt close. The building was amazing with high ceilings, thick walls, huge windows with wonderful view, and lovely rooftop for breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer!
The front desk is very helpful.
There is no clear indication about hotel entrance. The breakfast location is on the 4th floor and is not convenient.
The room was spacious and the location was close to cafes and restaurants. A short walk to the metro underground railway.
The breakfast needed more healthy food such as salads and vegetables and fresh fruit salad
The location was great! We were near 2 basilicas and many other historic sites. The metro was convenient and the coliseum was only 20-25 minutes by foot. Breakfast was a big plus; there were several choices and everything was good.
Our flight from the States arrived about 7 a.m. but Giorgio wouldnt let us check in until after 1 p.m. After a long flight it would have been nice to take a short nap. The shower didn''t drain well and the shower door would not stay closed.
Close proximity to the metro station.
Our toilet did not flush properly from day one. The hotel staff kept telling us that it was the way we flushed it. It never did evacuate the bowl completely. When we had 3 days left to stay they offered to switch us to a different room right by the elevtr
The breakfast was excellent.
The outside front area needs major clean up (ie. garbage everywhere, terrible landscaping). Most of the tv channels were partial viewable. The shower head kept falling.
It was a unique style of hotel - being a converted monastery.
Old, poor furnishings, uncomfortable beds, noisy, horrible water pressure, and not a great area. It was a long walk to both Termini and the Colosseum.
The hotel has history to it
The Wi-Fi is the issue at the hotel, only in public area
