Exe International Palace

Staff was wonderful and room was ready.

Small shower. Water leaked out of shower.

Location and the breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

Rooms could use renovation. Shower was really tight. Barely enough room to stand. Cleaning staff should speak English so that can understand what customers want. And I thought I paid all taxes but they still charged some taxes I was not happy about.

Great location; easy check-in. Even let us check in early.

The rooms were quite tiny; That was not made clear ahead of time. The room was ¿fine,¿ but surprisingly small. The wi-fi never worked in our room; rooms seemed quite outdated for its current rating.

Location and super helpful staff

Dining room closed (due to renovations) so not a fault of he hotel but was an inconvenience. Our room on the 3rd floor was very compact but this is likely to be typical of all city hotels ?

Nothing to like at the Exe International Palace Hotel. The location is not that bad but still a walk ways to the Colosseum.

I did not like many things about Exe International Palace Hotel and especially the customer service of the 2 people at the desk from the afternoon shift. One is the tall old guy and the other is a short girl with glasses.

Excellent location and very good deal for price.

The layout was a bit awkward and the room key sometimes took awhile to work.

amazing locación increíble en medio de los legendarios monumentos urdes ir caminando a todooo súper cerca excelentes restaurantes y la ópera LA NEJIR LOCACIÓN. Solo k no limpiaban bien el gusto y no cambian diario las sábanas.

No me gusta k no tienen un buen sistema de seguridad no esra re reincido el acceso a los cuartos las puertas no tienen mira para ver quien toca antes de abrir y las puertas tienen mucho espacio en la parte de abajo así k todo se escucha del pasillo

Beautifully maintained old building in an excellent downtown Rome location. We were given an upgrade to a suite as it was available when we arrived early. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the neighborhood is home to many dining options.

After voicing our concerns we were upgraded to a suite which had a new king size bed and air conditioning which worked. The front receptionist was pleasant and compassionate to the situation.

We had 2 single beds which were outdated and uncomfortable. Hard and likely coil springs???We complained as the air conditioning did not work either. The room was very small.

The room décor is outdated and old-fashioned. There is only one power socket at the nightstands… in 2026 this is simply unacceptable. We were forced to unplug the fridge just to charge our phones and watches.The shower is extremely small and narrow! iI’s hard to imagine how an overweight or larger person could use it comfortably.Breakfast is okay-ish but kinda repetitive and not all things are fresh.For the price we paid, the experience was mediocre.

The staff was excellent

The refrigerator was not cold the water heater pot and lamp did not work, the towels were worn out.

Everything was just perfect—the hotel, the cleanliness, and the staff. We had a truly wonderful stay. Breakfast was great too, with gluten-free toast and plenty of vegan spreads… couldn’t have asked for more!

The rooms are small,outdated, and not very clean. I had tears and stains on my linens, and the carpet was torns and worn- the safe was out of order so it beeped constantly

Exceptional location, very easy and close access to transportation means; quiet and spacious room; great breakfast. Staff always ready to help, with a smile on their face. Special thanks to Giada and the breakfast room guys.

One of the most important things is the location that is closest to all important historical places like Colosseum, Fontana the Trevi and others famous locations plus many restaurants nearby to delight the extraordinary Italian cuisine
