    Pros +

    • The delight starts with the powered revolving front door and continues throughout the lobby and the first floor amenities. Our fantastic buffet breakfast with a broad selection of coffees was included. The elevators help with getting to the 6th floor.
    • It¿s great if you want to pay extra for the shuttle, pay extra for sauna, pay extra for almost all amenities
    • The hotel overall was nice and rooms large.

    Cons -

    • There are not a lot of attractions within walking distance. The Trenitalia FL3 train station is just around the corner from the Hotel. You can get taxi service to and from the hotel which will be metered.
    • I received ~15 bed bug bites over a 6 night stay Staff did not compensate or give me a discounted stay at all. They offered 1 free drink or 1 free meal at dinner. Felt so disrespected. They did switch me rooms after I caught a bedbug moving on video.
    • The pool needed to be cleaned and pool ladder broken. Disappointed in breakfast.

It is in a residential area, close to transportation

Staff is busy, don¿t have time to talk or answer all our questions

The Triple Room layout suited us well. The buffet breakfast was excellent - good choice. May be a bit remote for some but we were happy to walk. 20 minutes walk to nearest attraction (Vatican City). We found the food excellent. Always hot and freshly cooked. Good sized portions at a reasonable cost.

    Nothing. We enjoyed our stay.

Location of the hotel to rhe train station and the Metro. Very big, clean rooms.

We couldn't get anything to eat in the restaurant. Arrived just after 9pm on Thursday after travelling all day. Told restaurant closed at 9.30pm but they wouldn't make us anything. Went to restaurant at 8pm on Saturday and told the restaurant was closed

    Breakfast was ok.

Uncomfortable bed mattress was so hard as well as the pillows. Receptionists were only ok. Receptionist checking in was nice polite friendly. The receptionist was unfriendly checking out not even a greeting or good bye.

    Staff, parking, large room

    8MarianPosted on: 12-27-2025

Breakfast was good but could be more varied. The location is quite close to tourist areas with easy access to public transportation.

Some problems with the shower drain. Some Italian waiters could be more respectful.

Nice breakfast, dinner was excellent, and the price was

    Too far from the center

The facility was nice and breakfast was good!

Beds were like sleeping on the ground. Shower had no pressure, and they provided no iron. Also, the key card acted as your power provider, which was very confusing. You had to insert your key card into a slot to power the room. Staff did not give us any directions on how to do it and we fumbled through it.

The staff were very nice and polite. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The food was delicious and very well cooked. I was fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade as well! All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was hard & the bidet wasn’t clean but everything else was spectacular. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

The bed was really hard. The location was good for sightseeing not great for airport transport, but I didn’t look closely enough when booking to know that. I appreciated the reception staff booking transportation but I wasn’t expecting to pay that much when I booked the hotel. It was fair for the distance, but I misunderstood the “shuttle service” amenity on booking.com. It was misleading.

    Large room

Not central to rome or great eateries.staff were rude at reception staff at dinner were not at all friendly beds are hard breakfast caters for Italians so much cake the fruit juice is terrible I brought my own in.hot food was limited no poached eggs sal.on or avocado bacon was over cooked and swimming in fatSpreads for toast week limited no marmalade or peanut butter or marmite

Nice and clean, nice breakfast. Has a gym and this is one of the criteria we were filtering on.

The location was far from the subway and after a day of walking, we had to walk another mile from the subway to the hotel. Uber or taxi was not available.

    9MarioPosted on: 11-9-2025

Very classy Hotel with great appointment. Check in staff were great and accommadated our early check out requirement with breakfast to go. Free carpark which was welcomed. In a busy neighbourhood with lots around.

In house restaraunt was booked out due to large tour groups which was disappointing.

The rooms are big and able to cater for a family of 4 (with 2 young kids)

The breakfast selection could change a little or add in more selections.
