Pros +
- Communication with staff was amazing. So very accommodating and made our transition so smooth.
- Location was great and very welcoming upon our arrival
- Very clean and nicely decorated. This was the nicest Hotel that I've stayed in during all of my troops to Europe
Cons -
- Having to wait outside with our luggage for owner to let us in this took about 45min. Driver from airport had also called them to assist us in gaining entrance to the room. Very disorganized. Would I stay or recommend again NO.
- Having to pay extra to check in late, but otherwise no issues.
- I would like to have coffee pot in the room because you can not buy breakfast at the hotel.
