Proximity to the city

Breakfast was mediocre. Room was spacious, but no frills. Basic hotel, close to the metro. Thankful for nearby restaurants. You get what you pay for.

Too expensive for what it was.

Hotel and Staff is nice although rooms are extremely small, however, location needs clarification as it does not have direct access to Gemelli as shown on MAPs. You need to go though Balduini first.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. Bedrooms were basic but the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was sufficient for quick bite to eat and the buffet breakfast. Hotel in a quiet residential area, no shops or even a supermarket anywhere near.

No separate bar facilities. Drinks served in restaurant. Drinks offered on the menu but did not have the ingredients to make them. The bedrooms have a severe lack of plugs and no USB ports for charging. The only plug available in the bedroom was at the bedside, nowhere near dressing table or a mirror.

- didn’t like one of the lifts juddering sound - some breakfast staff were overly direct (don’t know when is the right time to present bill if breakfast wasn’t included with the booking)

Close to John Felice Rome Center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!

It was warm in the room, and I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioning working correctly.

The room was very large with two beds, a twin and queen size. I slept in the queen bed and it was very comfortable. The restaurant was on the premises and was very good. The food was good and the service was excellent. I took a taxi to the bus terminal and caught a Hop On-Hop Off tour. The hotel clerk was very helpful. She called the taxi, set up my bus tour, printed my ticket and wrote out instructions for me. She was an excellent hostess!

The hotel was amazing! Just remember it is not close to downtown attractions and shopping. A 40-minute taxi was needed but the ride was fascinatingly beautiful. I would stay here again.

Room: strange toilet, could hear the staff all the time even during the night.A big pole in the middle of the room...

Check in was from 14:00h at hotel,we came in 15:00h at hotel and room was not ready.Location little bit far from city center..

Lovely restaurant and very nice staff in the restaurant. Cleaners were excellent and very accommodating. Nice food. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning.

Very far from the centre. Television was small and couldn’t seem to get the english stations working.

Breakfast was a basic and ok Room was not how the pics showed it to be like It was just functional def not a hotel where I would want to hang out tbh the wifi connection was a little tiresome for me esp because i need to work and upload videos and blogs

Staff were super helpful. We arrived about 10:00 am, much before 15:00 check in, our plan was to leave our luggage and come back later.The front desk staff said please sit a bit maybe we can get you in early. In about 20 minutes we were in a freshly cleaned room had a hot shower and enjoying a very comfortable bed. This extra effort by staff was especially appreciated by my wife and I because we just arrived Rome from Chicago and neither of us got much sleep on the flight. Naps were desperately need by both of us.The next morning our time was tight, the restaurant Staff was very quick getting our order so we could get on with our day.

We are use to a kettle or coffee pod machine. The room did not have that. The helpful staff more than made up for that.

Very very far from everything if you don’t have a car, the room was not so nice did not match the lobby at all,and they took very long time to respond to messages.

It is a very nice hotel, the room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, they have a restaurant with an exquisite menu.

The location, it is really far away from all the tourist sites.
