Pros +
- The staff were very nice, the breakfast was excellent (you pay for it, not free).
Cons -
- The elevator, not easy bringing lots of luggage up and down. the door to our room did not close correctly, had to slam it shut. No hot water for a shower on our first night. Desk not staffed at all times for questions, they were helping other guests.
