Pros +
- Clean, spacious, modern amenities. Great staff! Made us feel welcome.
- Beautiful rooms, very nice service but not very knowledgeable about where to explore or dine, perfect location for exploring the old touristy bits of Rome on foot.

Cons -
- Wifi kept dropping off, the A/C in the room rattled so much it couldn't be used, one of the men working there, while very friendly and sweet, couldn't offer much in the way of basic local recommendations of places to go.
- Air conditioning did not work well.
