    Pros +

    • The room was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating.
    • We had a very nice stay! Room was as new, very clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central, with almost all major places in Rome within a 20 minute walk (with the exception of Vatican City which is a slightly farther). 10 minutes walk from the Termini station, which has very efficient train connection with the airport. We would not hesitate to come back !
    • My family and I stayed at "at 41" for two weeks, and the experieence coild not hvae been better. The room was quite spacious for a family of three. The beds were comfy and had many pillows to choose and configure. The bathroom was sufficiently spacious, even with a bathtub. Our room faced the tranquil courtyatd of the buildong, and we could barely hear any noise coming from the streets. The sound insulation of the room was also pretty good. The partnership for breakfast with the Timoty restaurant a few steps from was also great. And they also open for dinner, which gave us a fantastic option of a no-brainer place to eat after long days of walking around Rome and doing other dsy trips. The staff we had the chsnce to meet (Thomas, Ariana, and Harry) were always friendly, polite, and helpfiul. We are especially grateful for the early check-in and for the room upgrade they offered us (naturally, thanks to the availability of doing so).Overall, At 41 is a no-frills, upper-level hotel that, in our opinion, should suit evryone (at least up to 3 pepole). It was an easy 10/10 for us! Highly recommended!

    Cons -

    • Minor obseevation is that hot water can be a bit unstanle during shower rush hour (18:00 to 21:00).. But it was just a matter of giving it time and it would normalise. One might be surprised (we were!) that the hotel does not have a real entrance with reception. It is just a set of rooms spread across a condo, with a snall reception room open from 9:00 to 18:00. That said, all our enquiries were promtply addressed via WhatsApp even after the reception was closed. So the lack of a "traditional" reception service was not an issue for us.
    • Nothing!
    • No bathroom window, but it's not much of a problem since there was a good vent there.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week (six nights), and everything was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness truly impressed us. The hotel was spotless, extremely clean, and very well maintained throughout our entire stay. You could really feel the attention to detail. The breakfast was wonderful — very rich, fresh, and delicious. Everything was high quality, and we enjoyed it every single morning. The location is excellent and honestly one of the best parts of the hotel. It’s right in the center, close to everything, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We could reach almost everything by walking.Overall, we were very, very impressed and truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

The location is great!... just a short walk from Termini train station and within comfortable stride of many of the major sights, yet tucked away enough to avoid the hustle and noise. As for comfort, the bed was excellent (very large, firm in just the right way, and very relaxing after a full day of sightseeing!). Rooms are clean, well-appointed, with modern touches and very good soundproofing.

    Nothing!

A charming hotel in a decorative old (yet, renewed) building, with a lovely ancient elevator, modern, clean, large, well equipped, quiet and comfortable rooms. Good location, rich and healthy breakfast, and above all: a great person in the reception (Harry), who helped us so much to get around Rome and safely arriving to the airport during a local transportation strike. He is also a fascinating guy to talk with about many subjects. Thanks for a lovely vacation :)

No bathroom window, but it's not much of a problem since there was a good vent there.

    Location was great

Difficult to park because the hotel in in a limited traffic zone. I was lucky and found parking close.

The breakfast at Timothy wasn't our favorite, but the hotel itself was amazing. It's a bit removed from all of the major attractions, but the location was quaint and quiet. Close walking distance to Terimini rail station. The rooms are very spacious, and the hotel felt very secure, with large wooden doors closed to the street at night. There's an amazing church just up the street. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to most attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish steps. The Colosseum is about a 30 minute walk, or 12 minute uber. It's a perfect place for families and groups, as the rooms are very spacious and even have storage spots for clothes and suitcases.

The sofa bed was a bit too firm for me, but the king bed was very comfortable. The rooms are huge by European standards. Nice spa tub and shower as well.

Great location - about 20 mins from the key spots, with Vatican a little further, but very close to the metro ( very easy to use). Comfortable home base for the trip- nice to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast is in a small caffe a couple of doors down , which was really good and welcoming- the staff were brilliant.

    Tiny shower

Perfect location with walking distance to all major sights and an abundance of good restaurants and shops. The staff very incredibly friendly and attended to our needs promptly. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast in the nearby cafe was great.

The bathrooms could do with a facelift

The inside was nicely renovated with modern looks and facilities. Bed was comfy and had a large bath tub.

No free water. There are 3 steps you must climb to get to the place which isn’t ideal if you need accessibility entry. The doorway is very narrow the pram could not fit without folding.

Wished we had stayed longer at this hotel ! Very clean ,nice and spacious room! Perfect for our family’s stay in Rome . Cool old school traditional lift the kids enjoyed ! 13 min walk to the Rome termini station if you take the train from the airport . Will stay again next time we’re in Rome .

Great place, clean, comfortable, great location and staff is very kind. Beds are firm but comfortable and the rooms are very silent.

Aircon could be a little stronger in the rooms (fan strength is automatic and in this heat needed a little extra push). Overnight it did a great job keeping the room fresh though and was nice and silent!

Really helpful staff, the receptionist booked us in and gave really excellent direction around the city and great recommendations of places to eat. The cleaning teM made the room impeccable every day and ingeneral we enjoyed the place.

Having to book in by 6pm. Our train delayed us a little past 6pm, and this meant a little telling off from the receptionist, who had to wait for us, although they still gave incredible service and did not rush us in.
