Roma Resort Termini

The location was excellent, the staff was kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower head was broken off the top of the faucet, but we were still able to take a shower. Other than that, it was a good location. Would be nice to have a blanket on bed in case it was cold, but it is summer and we did not really need one.

Location : very close to the Train Station

No lift. Not advisable for elderly. Not disable friendly. the floor was filthy, The shower leaked with no curtains and mold covered the ceiling. Extremely unhygienic. Would not recommend staying here. Needs urgent maintenance.

Close to Roma termini and easy to find, restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent assistance after 16:00 because I arrived late.

No elevator, I have to carry my luggage to the second floor. No microwave in the studio

The wifi did not work and was very spotty. The A/C was also not the best and just kept the place a bit less hot rather than cold. The pull out bed was also very uncomfortable. As well, the reception gave a room code to another guest and a random man walked into our room while we were indecent. They said they could not change our room code until the next day.

Secured and peaceful.

I was shocked that there is a cleaner can enter the room. When in-fact I didn’t need any cleaner to clean my room. My things were all open but good nothing lost.

Location was so convenient as its so close to Termini Station. Reception Staff is also very polite, courteous and helpful.

Bathroom.door latch was broken.Kitchen's bottom cabinet door wasnt there.

Honestly not much good to say about the property except the friendly staff. That’s about it. They were nice and the check in process was smooth.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT ITS FINEST, Too many codes, a gate that didn’t want to operate correctly especially after hours, there is no elevator, even though the direct website to this property does include one. The area is know by locals as one told me. The “RED ZONE” or “THE NO-GO ZONE” meaning after 9/10pm. You probably don’t want to be out in about unless you have a more then one person with you. Or you have your taxi waiting for you. The rooms are out dated. No shower curtain in the bathroom. So water gets everywhere. Which makes the floor extra slippery. Blankets on the bed are not heavy. So you may be cold in the room with a heater that’s older than dirt. The room walls are thin. So you can hear everything outside. Even though once again the website listing said sound proof rooms. I can go on and on about the bad things about this place. Just be mindful and know you pay for what you get.

The woman and her husband at front desk were very nice.

Room was NOTHING as depicted in Booking. Dirty, huge stains on bedding. The couch was opened with two twin cots. Very uncomfortable with a thin mattress on box springs. Homeless outside place. Didnt feel safe.

Located next to Termini station you are at the hub for taking public transport anywhere in the city.

The bed was not comfortable. The neighborhood is full of hucksters (really true all over Rome). Air conditioner worked but was difficult to operate.

Looks absolutely nothing like in the photos. Small room. Air conditioner is barely working. Totally overpriced for what one gets.

The location was not too bad. Liked that we had our own entrance. The inside open space/backyard was ok.

The room we stayed in needs renovation. Everything is in a poor condition and is not clean. The sofa bed in the first room (living) was uncomfortable and old. The hair dryer did not work. The kitchenette would be ok, but it also needs to be renovated.

It was not what I expected starting from the pictures, the place smelled awful, the internet service was terrible. The outside is horrible, we felt unsafe all the time.

It was in a great location for me as I wanted to be close to the train station and buses. I was surprised at what my room offered regarding space wise. *water pressure was great for the shower. Would come back with my kid as they provided a hot water kettle and larger refrigerator which is super helpful with kids. Also a pullout sofabed which was already made.

All the codes to get in everywhere. Appreciated it but cumbersome.

They are scammed me They send me a private message on WhatsApp and ask for the credit card information and my passport details i suddenly contact to Booking.com customer service chat but no one answered me yet

They're very cheap and fraud i send them request for fee waiver cancelation they denied

There were no elevators. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs with 12 steps each or more. We are elders in our 65s to climb these ridiculous amount of stairs was a real hell up and down with big luggage. They do not even have bellboys to help. I highly doubt not recommend this place

Around the corner from termini station, very easy to get to and from the airport. The price is good for Rome.

The Aerea is a bit dodgy at night, but at least the street was well lit.
