Cons -
- It worst hotel in my life ... Very small and old room, very noisy from road. Not comfortable bed. I change number twice) Its not 3 star and I dont understand why this hotel in booking system. Do not book
- breakfast was minimal, could not be worse, mean to kids
- The room was extremely small. It wasn't like the pictures provided in the website. The air conditioner didn't work properly but the hotel staff didn't really care even though we complain. They didn't do room service everyday. Does not look like 3 star.

I like nothing about the hotel except few staffs.Only two hotel staffs I have encounter with are really nice. They were trying their best to help me with everything like help us to carried the luggage up and down to the room, and tried to fix stuff for us.
I don't like the hotel at all except the staffs. Room were not available at checkin time.Hotel was not clean, provide blanket only, no duvet. Shower and sink both clogged easily. window is tinted so no sun light. beds are really old and not comfortable.
The location was great. Close to a lot of great restaurants. Very close to the main transit center of Rome. Not a lot of tourists. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.
Wifi only worked well in the lobby. At times there was an odd smell in the room. Room wasn't dusted regularly.
The room was awesome.
No, I was very happy with the hotel.
Loved that it had breakfast included. The statg was friendly and the room was enough for what I paid
The bathroom did not work during my entie stay. I did bring it up to the staff but nothing was done. There was signa of mold on the walls and the AC never worked
Great location, friendly staff
No A/C in the rooms so it becomes extremely hot. And the room are really old, needs to be upgraded.
The disrespectful manner of the hotelier speaks in a provocative manner as if looking to create a proble

The hotel was in an excellent location, and the staff were very helpful. However… the place is run-down and looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1970s or 80s. Everything feels neglected. The breakfast was a disgrace — there’s really no reason not to invest a little more effort into it. There’s plenty of space, but even the breakfast area felt uncared for. Needless to say, we didn’t eat there and went out instead. In short: don’t book this hotel unless you absolutely have to.
The location is ideal near the Roma Termini train station. There are cute restaurants nearby as well. The employees were fantastic!
The beds and the shower. The building is noisy and the doors don’t feel like they securely close, but they do.
The location was wonderful. The staff was really great and welcoming. I felt invited to stay after I checked out and had to wait around forever for my flight. Good water pressure in the shower.
The beds are old and have significant dents where a thousand people have slept. The first shower I had was okay, and the second was very uncomfortable.
The location was geat and a good value for the price.
Honestly, some staff members treatment, the staff memeber who checked us in was not nice at all, he didnt treat us well and at some point he was even rude. And its so noisy at night
Location
No hot water, not too clean,
The location.
Old, poor quality of the facilities. Bad coffee and poor breakfast.
The location is only a few blocks from the train station, yet no noise or traffic. The price was great as was the staff. After almost two weeks of traveling, a staff member found a laundry within a 5 minute walk. We were also only about 20 minutes from the Colosseum and Forum on foot. Lots of restaurants within easy distance.
Not really a dislike, but a comment. The building is old and upkeep is spotty. Our room, for example, had loose moulding around the door and the refrigerator only worked sporadically (but we kept perishables in the office fridge).
The location is good. Very close from the railroad and bus stations. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The receptionist Thomas was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you Thomas ?
The place is quite noisy. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The ham and cheese are very poor quality. Coffee and Croissants aren’t tasty. They were out of yogurt.
Very Good value, comfortable bed, continental breakfast included, elevator in hotel to all floors, air conditioned rooms where air conditioner was quiet, friendly staff, 15 mins walk to Colosseum, 3 min walk to Hop on Hop off bus stop, building is older and has kept much of it's original flavor, nice staircase, coffee maker and hair dryer in room.
Can't really argue about anything for the price paid, but potential guests should be aware: City noise starts early and could be bothersome to some, old-style keys for doors that you leave at reception when you leave which may not be to everyone's liking if security is a worry, furnishings are older, place could use a re-paint and wall repairs in places on inside and in rooms, some quirks with breakfast room coffee maker settings
Noting it’s the most uncomfortable and dirty place and so old even further soooo old
Everything is sooo old and dirty and no AC
Location
Dirty room. Needs a deep cleaning. Broken shower rod, broken toilet paper holder, broken safe, stained upholstery, balcony furniture broken and dirty glass windows. Awful breakfast too. Most staff were in a bad mood during my entire stay. If you hate your job then quit. I will never stay here again.
