- The staff to handling our booking is rude! We are very worrying after our booking to the last day of our stay. We booked a triple room, which shall include 2 beds, as we want to sleep seperately. However, the staff refused to set 2 beds.
- The staff didn?t speak much English, but they were very kind and hospitable. They made our bed every day and made sure we were topped up on towels.

- Its very far from the city center and there's no concierge. This is not even a hotel. Its just an apartment and you will rent the room
- There?s a ?5 per person per night tax which is mentioned in the emails before your arrival, but they said it had to be in cash. I heard later on that requiring this tax to be in cash was illegal. Getting it in cash was a pretty big headache.

Actually, it was not a hotel. Firstly, this accomodation located in apartment, and has only 3 rooms. Secondly, you will never see the hotel (or whatever) name outside of the building.
