They don't have a very hard and strict guideline it's conferrable Secondly I personally found it to be very helpful to my assigned places I need I mean it was closer and easier to all corners and The bed was very comfortable and clean this is one of my first choices when I want to come to Rome. Its price is our measure without ink. It's the kind of price it deserves with its wonderful behavior and serve It is not expensive and it is not shameful by any means.

What I didn't like was one and that one is the telephone reception for me I try to reach them it doesn't work for me. Maybe I don't know how to use it or if it has a problem. All the days I have been there it doesn't work out for me. That's all that I found a problem

Staff was super helpfull and friendly. They helped me with lost baggage even after I already left hotel.

Cleaning, staff behavior and all the facilities were best.

The hotel was decent and just okay overall. Nothing special, but it was acceptable for a short stay and met basic expectations.

The hotel has extra charges that don’t seem reasonable. Although the reception is advertised as 24/7, they charge 10€ for late check-in. They also charge 2€ per piece of luggage if you want to leave it there for a few hours after check-out, which feels unnecessary.

Good value - cheap and simple reception but squeaky clean room. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Very disappointing stay. The elevator felt unsafe and poorly maintained. I was not allowed to stay in my parents’ room for more than 10 minutes, which was unreasonable.The hotel couldn’t even provide a basic chair when requested. After checkout, they refused to store our luggage unless we paid per bag. On top of that, the TV didn’t work.Poor service, zero flexibility, and no sense of hospitality. I would not stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in an unacceptable condition: the walls were damaged, the table was filthy and broken, the refrigerator did not work at all, and the toilet flush was completely broken. On top of that, the reception staff behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. This level of service and maintenance is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was comfortable - I only needed a bed for one night. It did the trick.

No coffee facilities in the room. No signage - I had to call to get a location as there is no signage - the "hotel" is in a residential building.

I loved how clean, cozy, and well-organized the place was. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It really made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The hotel had a nice, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was well taken care of. The whole experience felt easy and pleasant from start to finish.A special thank you to Deepak, who was extremely helpful. He kindly guided me on how to take the bus and train to the airport, which made our trip so much easier.

It wasn’t too far from the main attractions

Not enough items on the tea tray in the bedroom.Breakfast room too small.Hairdryer in the bathroom only worked for about 45 seconds.

Location is amazing. Great restaurants around and bus comes every few min to take you to the city center.

Bed is really uncomfortable and it’s more like a hostel and not a hotel.

They asked for a €14 extra charge for an early check in upgrade, even if we previously agreed on another €10 fee, saying that the room we reserved was not available and the only option is an upgraded room. I am not even sure if the room was different. Not a big deal but not fair in the same time

I have stayed here 3/4 times and on the whole it been very good this time I was put in a room over looking the Main Street which has its downfalls due to the loud noise coming from the record shop next door late in the night which does hamper a early night sleep total out of your control I understand just one to keep a eye on and some hotel guests having very loud conversations in the hall way outside of peoples rooms maybe remind guests of this when the check inDefinitely would not put me off staying here in the future but may annoy other guests Also aircon very temperamental

Closeness to transport links and the city centre good value for money

We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who upgraded us to a room with a balcony.The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.

The only downside was the sound insulation, as we could hear noise from other guests and the constant dripping of water from the bathroom.
