Pros +
- I like its convenient location. It is located minutes away (30 min & under) from major attractions. We were able to walk to Trevi/Pantheon/Spanish Step/Piazza Navona/Piazza Venezia/Colosseum/Trastevere. It is right next to some good shops as well.

Cons -
- No exhaust in the washroom and temp control knob in the shower was really hard to turn.
- Tiny room with no windows.
- Noise at night. Would be great if the windows were tight to minimize noise from street.

The staff was wonderful! So helpful-
Friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds.
Noise at night. Would be great if the windows were tight to minimize noise from street.
Everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely attentive and caring, always ready to help. The room was beautiful, very clean, and spacious, which made our stay especially comfortable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel.
Everything, but especially the one-time complimentary spa usage and the staff was very professional. The restaurant is very tasty and the complimentary breakfast each morning was something to look forward to. I’d recommend to this hotel to anyone staying in Rome
Great location, wonderful staff and good breakfast.
Such a perfect location and the staff’s attention to detail was amazing! Highly highly recommend this hotel!!
The staff, the location and the restaurant!!
Location was excellent! Breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Marika, at the breakfast, was just lovely. Best cappuccino I’ve had in a while was made by a young Oriental (forgot to get his name) The bed and pillows were comfortable.
There is some outside noise because there’s a bus stop & Main Street next to the hotel. My room was 401 and yes you could hear the traffic sound. For me it was not an issue, but might be an issue for some.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming at the reception. Room that I was given was large (an upgrade a the time of check-in).
There was a very strange and strong smell throughout the hotel public areas and the room. Perhaps, it could have been a strong air purifier or freshener.. Unfortunately, not all guests will appreciate such strong smells. There was a huge jacuzzi type bathtub in the bathroom but no shower. The bed was rather uncomfortable, but these are all personal preferences. The quality of the bedsheets was not great either. As I arrived around 10,00 pm, I was told that there is a terrace/restaurant. The food was mediocre and distasteful. The service was lovely. I am also not a huge fan of staying in a busy area near Via del Corso, but as my trip was only organised last minute, did not have much choice.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rome. Everything was perfect — from the clean rooms to the great location. A special thanks to Gwen for her exceptional service and kindness. She was very helpful, professional, and always smiling. Thanks to her, my stay was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!
Very close walking distance to all attractions and very efficient and friendly staff
Nothing in particular
The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of all the major monuments and in the middle of fantastic shopping. Our corner room had views in both directions down Via del Corso and lined up with the Pantheon, which felt like a wonderful luxury for our anniversary. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with the staff constantly offering more, and the service was impeccable. The team treated us like family, and everything was handled with professionalism and warmth.
It is expensive, but you are paying for the location and level of service.
Friendly very helpful staff. Clean with a great location. Bus stop outside on a major street makes for easy transit.
Noisy area as it's in a main part of town. Sound from ambulances and noisy partiers came in the windows at night. Double pane windows would help. Kids in the hallways or noisy people can be heard at night/morning. The door seemed like it would have sealed out the noise but didn't do as good of a job as we would have liked.
Location was good, price was fine for the value had there been no bed bugs. Nice spacious shower
The main, horrible thing is that my partner and I got bed bugs from our stay in this hotel. We discovered loads of itchy red bites while on the plane home and have since had to deep clean everything. The other annoying thing: we booked this hotel for our anniversary in Rome and informed them of this prior to booking. When we arrived, our room was not ready and they asked us to sit at the rooftop bar until it was ready. We ordered absurdly expensive ice teas from the bar while we waited ($20), and when the room was finally ready, we walked in to see an "anniversary gift" from the hotel - which included free drinks at the bar. We are pretty sure the reason the room wasn't ready when we arrived is because they wanted to set up the balloon and the gift - the irony is that we were told of our "free drinks" at the bar *after* they asked us to go sit at the bar to wait for our room to be ready - so we couldn't actually use the voucher when we would have wanted it.When I was checking out I made them aware of this, and asked if they would retrospectively comp our drinks from the bar. The guy at the hotel counter was completely perplexed by this request, and refused to help us in this regard. It seemed pretty clear that the whole thing was never intended to actually be used - and like a cheap trick from the hotel to make us feel like they gave us something without doing anything at all. This, plus bed bugs, plus absurdly strong smells of incense throughout the hotel made for a generally uncomfortable stay. Will not be coming back and do not recommend.
The Staff are excellent and supportive specially Mr Ricardo who was very nice welcoming and supportive. He had high intelligence of dealing with guests. Many thanks to him made us like the hotel more.
Sounds can be hearing of next room
Amazing location in a neat old building, you’re equal distance to all major landmarks. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was amazing and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They offered endless deals and special treats and even surprised us with a little honeymoon gift :)
For a 5 star hotel, the bed and room itself fell short, the bed linens and bed were not comfortable. The room was spacious enough given the downtown hotel space but the lighting in the room was hard to fall asleep with (there’s an electrical panel in the room that’s illuminated and a courtyard with curtains that don’t fully cover the window)
Made our honeymoon so special! BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, and WONDERFUL staff! If we’re ever in Rome again we will definitely be staying here
Jet tub could’ve used a little wash but wasn’t that bad at all!
The location is excellent right in the middle between Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon.
The reception area is too small.
Such helpful and nice staff. Beautiful restaurant. Comfortable room. Great service.
Maybe there could be a lobby for guests.
