Rome Times Hotel

I loved the food and customer service. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room got a little warm at night, but overall nothing to bad at this hotel

It's located in an excellent position in the antique part of Rome

The bathroom is just a glass door that is sort of transparent. It's just lacking the overall privacy that I'm not use to

Location and modern feel

Very loud in the room and one heard people next door coming and going and on phone calls all hours during the night.

The staff was so helpful and attentive. They seemed to have a booking issue with our reservation and quickly resolved it with no problem

Staff was great. Great amenities like a cell phone for the room, it really helped us explore Rome. Location was great for the price too!

The plumbing in the bathroom was a little clogged, but someone came quickly and fixed it. Also not a fan of the shower head. You have no choice but to wash your hair unless you poke your head out shower the entire time.

Upon arrival they told us there was a glitch in the booking system And moved us to a room in Rome Life Hotel (their sister hotel) claiming it would be an upgrade but that hotel's amenities, furniture, decor and surroundings was not an upgrade at

Modern room, good location, friendly staff.

The hotel provided a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone free for your stay. The phone had preprogrammed the location of your hotel and major attractions and local restaurants. It also provided free international calls so made it great to call home.

Great location, super clean, attentive staff.

Don’t understand the 10Euro fee added onto room service. A 15 euro cheeseburger ends up costing you 25 euros.

The Room. My wife and I were extremely surprised when we saw how nice and elegant the room and accommodations were. We are used to hotel rooms in the USA being big and comfy and we were expecting rooms in Europe to be extremely small. Not the Case here.

Room was great as was the staff.

Rooms could use iron and ironing boards and kleenex. Also TV only had 4 working channels but since I didn't go to Rome to watch TV I didn't really care.

Hotel was great. Bellmen were very nice and good. People behind the counter the worst I ever have had anywhere in the world.They also gave us the wrong room keg card and we walk in on a lady half dress. No concierge.

The location of this hotel is perfect for us. Sight seeing in the day is walking distance and restaurants in the vicinity for the evening. Buffet breakfast is outstanding.

The room was the perfect size for a few night stay and was modern with a comfy bed. Great location and breakfast.

Messed up my room order, not the correct room. But it was an "upgrade" Then switched us to the "correct" room, still wasn't correct. Whatever.
