This hotel had a great location and the staff were WONDERFUL.

The beds were not very comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is perfectly located just steps from so much. The staff were amazing!!! Front desk esp Marco was like an old friend by the time we left! Cleaning staff were great always in the ball for anything.

You are in downtown area so there is a little noise but that is not the fault of the hotel at all and it really wasn’t bad at all.

Located right next to the Vatican and we had a beautiful terrace.

Spacious and basic room, clean and very centrally located.

It was close to Vatican Museums and St Peter’s Square and Basilica .The staff were kind, informative, and friendly.

Near a thoroughfare with traffic and therefore noise, but bearable.

Bed is too hard and pillows are too old and uncomfortable

The location was very good, especially for attending events at St Peters.

The rooms were not that clean. We were able to hear activities in the next rooms bathroom. The breakfast mean was not very good;, e.g. the eggs were cold

Good location, clean rooms and attentive staff. Nothing looks old and is very comfortable.

The bathroom had an extractor that sounded really loud and caused a funky ( but not extremely) bad odor

Actually, this property even exceeded my expectations — close to the Vatican, just 7 minutes on foot to the metro station, with plenty of cafés around. The room was really spacious and clean. The men at the reception were friendly and polite. I can strongly recommend this option for any kind of stay.

No minibar in the room; a bit of noise from the street, but nothing too bothersome

Kind staff, good restaurants and public transport nearby, room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday.

Not much to say, we liked everything

Very nice hotel for that price and location as its located just by the Vatican wall, and also surrounded by all kind of restaurants and shops more importantly only about 7 mins away from the metro.

The access to the rooms are keys which is not very handy and you are obliged to leave your room key with the reception when you go out.

Great location almost right in front of the Vatican museum. The staff was so welcoming and kind. the room was clean and neat.

A little bit expensive

The property had a bed

- The room was dirty, the walls were scuffed. - The bathroom had black mould throughout. - The bathroom was dirty.- The room had little storage. - There were no charging points or power sockets near the bed.- The hotel was hard to find, an unmarked doorway with an intercom.- There was no tea and coffee facilities.- Toiletries supplied were two 20 ml bottles, which weren’t replaced after day 1. I’ve included a photograph of the queue for the Vatican Museum taken at 6:20 am. The museum opens at 8am. From experience I can tell you that it takes 2 hours from that point to get entry to the museum. That means these people were likely to stand for 3hrs and 40 minutes to reach the ticket desk.
