Great location, clean, friendly staff.

The location was the best thing about this hotel.

To begin with I chose this deal because I thought it included breakfast. When I got there, I learned that the rate I paid did not include breakfast. The front desk people were not welcoming. Would not recommend.

Doorman watched us coming out of cab into hotel in the pouring rain. Did not help with luggage into hotel. Did not hold door open for us. Bed was hard. Bed pillows were flat. Toilet was broken and would not flush. Glad we were there only 1 night.

Just excellent. Only problem is that it is not as close as places like Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi and Spagna. So you have to walk a lot. Otherwise it is all good.

Lobby still has a smell of renovation.Capsules provided in room is not refilled everyday.

No gym.No free drinking water.The AC is horrible, thankfully I visited in the winter so I can open the windows to change the air in the room a little, but I don’t think in the summer would be a good choice.

The location is wonderful, being conveniently close to Barberini Metro Station. Additionally, it offers easy walking access to many of the city's main attractions, such as the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon, all within a 10 to 15-minute stroll.The hotel staff are very friendly especially Nayrouz at the reception, that was very helpfull and nice.

There was mold around the toilet. Brown specs in the bathtub - not sure what they were.

The shower was not clean. There was mold in several locations….the drain did not work well and would begin filling up during my shower. The mattress on the bed seemed old, hard and uncomfortable. One of the worst mattresses I have slept on in many years. The bathroom could also use a small side table for personal hygiene items.

I loved the location & the rooms were very clean. I happened to get ill during my stay and the Hotel staff was very kind about giving me privacy and allowing my sister to bring breakfast to my room.Your hotel staff was wonderful about making sure I had taxi service at 3am. When you have a plane to catch it is nice to know your hotel staff is reliable.

The bed was a little hard but that feeling might be influenced by the fact I was ill.The next time I book a stay with you I will ask for a larger room AND a bathtub. I didn't realize those were options I could request. But, when I return to Rome I will definitely book your hotel!

The place was not clean. Also every day they were only making the beds and never cleaning the room neither providing new cups, shampoos etc

No iron in the room. No milk with coffee service. Rooms not cleaned on Sunday due to lack of staff (until I complained at 5pm)

Some of the staff was horrible. Wanted to charge us $10 eurors for "ice"....ridiculous!Air conditioning not working on the 4th floor.Additional charge for moving us to the 1st floor where air conditioning was working but charged us an additional 40 Euros a day for the change. We had prepaid our room several months in advance. The room was not any bigger and should not have charged us for the change.
