I like the feeling that I am special guest. The staffs are all accommodating. Valentina and Flaminio are very welcoming. They made me feel important guest. Room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. I enjoy my stay the way i want it. Zero-drama.

The unexpected one elevator. They have maintenance on going.

The room was comfortable and had all we needed. The staff were very attentive.

No tube station nearby and the bus ride was lengthy into the city center.

It was my second time here, breakfast is various and the receptionist are kind and available all the time.Price are lower than the services offered.

It is a 4 stars hotel, there is no even a bottle of water in the room for the guest, one elevator was out of working and the other one takes you to the sixth floor in any case first and than to the 5th (where my room was).Location chosen in accordance to my needing, but not recommended for tourist.

The hotel is great. Nice restaurant in a nice area.

Quite far from the city so not easy to see the sights. We stayed there before a bus tour so it was ideal for us.

We love this hotel as the staff was nice friendly specialy Simon who easy to chat...and also in the kitchen who was very good serving.the room was lovely good location for match and easy acces anywhere as buses is just in the corner really great location ...we really recommeded this place.if we ever back here ?yes we love to stay back here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Valentina — she was amazing and made my stay even better with her exceptional service and warm attitude. I truly appreciate everything she did for meThe hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and what I loved the most is its perfect location, very close to the hospital, which made things much easier for meThank you to everyone, and a special thanks to Valentina for her outstanding support. Nothing bothered me — everything was great.Just a note: the hotel is far from Rome’s tourist spots, so it may not suit travelers coming for sightseeing

Breakfast, nice gym

Very cold room,staff told us there is no possibility of heating, have us just blankets. Problems with light in bathroom - some body came to solve it,than left for something and never came back. Really not worth the money.

Location and pleasant and helpful staff

The walls, ceiling were very poorly insulated to noise so one could here everything from above and in the hallway. Also the elevators were not adequate for the number of people staying at the hotel.

Great room

Having to go downstairs for breakfast. Some friends and myself have knee and back issues.

The staff was incredible nice and supportive, and they upgraded us to a higher level room.

The room was very old style, with lack of electrical outlets and very small bathroom. The air conditioning was also quite noisy.

Maybe the position of the room I got. The view is quite different than in the pictures. Also, hidden parking costs that should be included in the price of the apartment per day

The air com in the room wasn’t very effective. Some reception staff were unhelpful. It was hard getting taxis even with a taxi rank outside. When hot it was a long walk to the nearest bus stop.

Hotel is good location except for the communal bins outside our window. Staff helpful, restaurant great value, buffet breakfast good too.

It was a nice value property and the staff was wonderful.

When I came in, my power was out in my room, but they were quick to fix the problem. The location was slightly out of the way, but it was great for the value.

Location was great as near the stadium (Rugby 6 Nations) + taxi rank outside the hotel. Staff excellent, professional & extremely helpful.
