Stair carpet needs cleaning or replacing
Everything, this is my second time here. Last time in 2019 with my sisters and a friend and this time again with my teenage son. Perfect stay each time. Hotel beautiful, clean, comfortable, beautiful decor in rooms and fantastic staff. Made to feel truly welcome on both stays. Fab team. Many thanks ?
We loved the historic building and location. Very quiet part of Parioli, surrounded by embassies but walking distance to Villa Borghese
It was all great. The restaurant being closed was a small issue but there are plenty down the street.
Calm, convenient, well priced and pretty.
The location of the hotel and the distance to the metro station are relatively close. The staff is very friendly.Around the hotel are orange trees and other fruit trees that give off a nice scent when walking through the streets.Recommendation to try Aperol Spritz at the hotel
The property is located in a charming and quite neighborhood and it easy to reach the city center and Vatican. Personal is very nice and willing to help.
we stay at this hotel every time we travel to rome. perfect in every way. especially the staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. greetings to Giada who remembers us every time we come back :)
All the features were the highlight of our stay: very comfy bedroom and nice amenities.
All the staff was amazing and no downsides
Breakfast was adequate, quite basic, but lots of it.The staff at this hotel were sensational, very friendly & so helpful.A special mention to Lucrezia at reception who was fantastic before & during our stay. Such a lovely lady & incredibly helpful & considerate.Nice restaurant, good food & again the young lady serving was fantastic & so friendly & always smiling.A lovely boutique hotel, good location & definitely recommend.
Noisy dogs in the immediate area (not much hotel can do about that, but very noisy)Some facilities were not available, air con not available, so was a little warm.No real issues!
Amazing hotel, beautiful & elegant design in every single detail, very clean and refined room, delicious breakfast, very helpful & kind staff! The room was beautiful and we also had a wonderful private terrace! The staff was very kind, they wrote a welcome card in our language which we found in our room upon check in. Thank you! Really enjoyed it!
This is a very nice hotel, far away from the traffic but very well connected with the train to the center, just a 2 minute ride and you are at Flaminio (Piazza del Popolo)! Nice breakfast and very good restaurant. The receptionists were amazing, very kind and always available to help.
the only thing we did not like was the pilows, very thin and hard
Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, bright room. Exceptional breakfast. Tranquil. Close to Villa Borghese. Exceeded all our expectations. Great value.
The room was absolutely beautiful, with a thoughtful and well-designed layout. All the facilities were impeccably clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome chocolate accompanied by a warm letter of greeting. The terrace was a delightful addition, offering a serene space to relax. The toilet was spotless, and the inclusion of slippers—a detail many hotels often overlook—was much appreciated. The handwash and shampoo had a lovely, refreshing scent of orange blossoms, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay.
Having a water boiler to make some tee in the room would have added to the convenience.
It was one of the best accommodations I've ever had. The staff's approach makes you feel safe. A staff that answers every question completely and directs you correctly.
The rooms are large. However, some of the mirror frames were worn out. A small touch could take the hotel to the next level.
The hotel is in a very quiet location with beautiful courtyard and terrace. The rooms are very comfortable and the ones with the private balcony just amazing, with beautiful views across Rome. Breakfast was also good.very helpful staff.
Breakfast is advertised to 10.30am but actually they want you out of the room at 10.40am to set for lunch. They literally kick you out so maybe not the best way to go about it.
The building in a good position
Mattress uncomfortable and room forniture quite old
The decor, the room, the garden, the personnel of the hotel
