The cleanliness, breakfast and the included bathroom items

On my last night, i was awoken by people who were screaming and slamming doors. I felt incredibly unsafe but also why was it soo loud and it wasnt just 5 mins, they were yelling and screaming for like 40 mins. It also sounded like multiple groups of people. I wish there wouldve been a phone number i could have called in assistance or if there is one it should be on the phone in the bathroom.

It was clean and room was nice and comfortable.

- Very far away from the city center and in general from all the active areas and tourist zones.- Very unkind staff (with exception of 1 or 2 guys) they were very unkind. When asking something they barely reply and they attend as if they are making you a favor instead of providing a service. Very unpleasant stay and again, very far away from the city main parts, which complicates mobility even tho there’s public transportation.- I don’t recommend it at all.

Location was nice, clean and calm.We booked the bigger room with a balcony, which was nice to sit in the evening after a long day of walking.Breakfast was nice, I think everyone will choose something according to their preferences. There is always complimentary water, coffee and cake at the reception, which is a nice gesture of hospitality.

Just small things, like the curtains in the room were not clean and the ground in the room could be cleaned often.

The room is very well prepared when we arrived and entered the room is already cool ready for us. Extremely clean. Staff are very helpful. The mattress is good and comfortable, but only of the pillow can be improved more .

A nice bathroom with a tub shower. But Literally impossible standing shower since no shower curtains around the rub. The tub door barely covers any water splash when someone stands up to shower, causing entire bathroom floor to flood with water and hard time keeping that area dry. Also the toilet flush had some issues.

It was clean

The air conditioner didn’t work. Very hot. We couldn’t sleep. Reported the issue to the front desk and said nothing they could do. The 2 rooms air conditioners required maintenance

Location was good. Staff was always helpful, accommodating, professional, available. Breakfast selection was great, and eating area was spacious and pleasant. Foyer was spacious and good for conversation.

Size of room was smaller than I expected. Shower was a tight fit for one person.

AC didn't work well. Breakfast not good enough. No internet in the rooms

There should be internet in the rooms. AC should work well during the summer.

The hotel is very clean and near a metro station. The breakfast is good and the price is excellent (10 euros)

Nice hotel, great breakfast, but my favorite part was Emanuel who very kindly let me check in early.

Lovely staff and lots of transport options into the centre of Rome

A few things didn't fully work in the room such as the shower, toilet and the air conditioning.

The heating system was off the whole night every night. We caught cold. The receptionist gave us wrong rooms and we could not exchange it ( twin instead of double). Not enough outlet in the room to charge devices. No kettle in the room. No water bottles. The shower head was broken Not satisfied over all

Old room, no electric socket next to the bed , asking why the heat mode for AC doesn’t they told us that the weather isn’t cold .

Late Check in possible, Metro not far far away, cool personel, for a short trip recomended.

Everything was amazing, the room was very spacious compared to others we stayed in Rome, pretty clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice. We didn't miss anything and I recommend this Hotel if the distance is not a problem.

The only disadvantage is the distance from the center, but there is a bus station next to the hotel and a metro station 6-8 minutes away. We took the bus and in 15 minutes we arrived at the Termini station.
