Good location next to Roma Termini and easy to access, even late at night

Tiny room and bathroom. Not any bigger than a walk in closet. Uncomfortably small.

Great place for the price. Staff is very helpful.

Rooms were smaller than I expected but it¿s is Paris so very understandable

The hotel staff was extremely helpful navigating us through our various trip - we used busses and the subway. They also arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. The hotel breakfast is very good. I love that they have eggs!

The hotel is located near Termini railway station, just 5 minutes walk. The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and comfortable for a couple. The breakfast room is in the roof, the view of Rome from there is fantastic. The breakfast was very good, the sweet cakes were fantastic, the coffee was super! The staff of the hotel is very helpful and kind. Everything was excellent.

Breakfast could provide more fresh veggies and fruits. Long line at the coffe machine, maybe need one more?

Breakfast was great for continental with a large variety of hot & cold foods. The staff was super accommodating by allowing us to store our luggage before & after check-in/checkout. The location was outstanding with plenty of restaurants & stores within a couple blocks, and only 2 blocks from Termini Station for efficient travel to & from the airport.

Room and shower were small but comfortable. Square feet are valuable in Rome so it was understandable.

Good location. Great breakfast. Nice and clean rooms.

The walls are probably too thin. We could hear people talking from adjacent room and the shower running almost felt as if it was happening from our room.

Staff was extremely friendly. I was spending a romantic weekend in Rome and they left a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and a message for my partner. Absolutely loved it!

1- I had an Artwork print stolen from my room. 2- The staff in charge both reception and housekeeping did not take responsibility for it and seemed like they were covering up for one another. The point is someone with a master key entered my room and stole my print which belonged to me!3- The luggage storage keys were handed to anyone claiming to store or collect their luggage without supervision. This can be seen on camera for proof.4- The water with fruit in reception was disgusting. Tasted and smelled terrible while the fruits were old and rotten.

Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast suffiecient. Personel very kind and helpful.

The staff treated us very nicely, they were always willing to help. The hotel is very close to Termini station and convenient for visiting main places. Some are 10-20 minutes walking, for others you have public transport options nearby.

To say something, I found the shower a bit small for me.

What was advertised as queen bed was just two twin beds put together that were sliding away from each other. Upon entrance to the hotel, almost every time there was very noticeable, unpleasant bathroom smell. Staff wasn't very friendly and some didn't even bother saying hi to us which felt a bit awkward.

They allowed us to store our baggage after we checked out so we could come back at get it at our convenience.
