Hotel Champagne Palace

Location.

This was, at best, a one star hotel. The towels were crap. The shower walls were disintegrating, literally. On the shower bottom would be clay chips and stuff when you were through. Again, NOT a 4 star hotel.

Not really clean nor did they provide assistance when asked.

The surrounding Area. Cost was expensive for what we are getting

Nothing good about this hotel¿.

Everything the location was in a very nasty neighborhood. The room were very small the bathroom were small and dirty the shower curtain was nasty. The toilet flushing mechanism was broken. We went to flush and the cover fell to the ground. no working Air.

Yes I scheduled an airport pickup , never showed up,!!!!! Towels were like kitchen dish towels!! Tv did not work for 4 days out of 5 days!!!! No new towels , soap put in room for 4 days out of 5 Terrible experience!!!!

Hotel needs renovation

Location.

Hotel rooms are in need of a renovation. Paint is peeling off the ceilings and walls. Bed was very uncomfortable. They even had a collection of hangers from other hotels. Luckily, only had to stay one night.

Short walk from the Termini Central Station, it's close to the stores

At that time we stayed there is no breakfast buffet and we were not offered even a breakfast bag to go

No air conditioning. Was a 2.5 star hotel. Not 4 star as advertised.

No ice avaiilable in hotel even in stifling heat .......elevator broke down ........small room poor air conditioning , small beds .thin towels ....showerkept flooding bathroom .....rude older man ....meager breakfast Stairs to reach hotel no ramps .

In the pictures the hotel looks very nice and clean and upscale. It's rated as a 4 star hotel. in reality it shouldn't be anything over a 2.5 star.

The room was tiny. Even though I was told that it's a king bed i got 2 twin mattresses put together. wall was full of dirty marks. washroom didn't have hot water.

Definitely not 4 stars. Motel 6 is 4 stars compared to them. Barely had wifi down in freezing lobby. Then I was forced to pay cash for the city tax & found out I was over taxed.

The hotel can in no way be considered as a 4* Lots of things should have been repaired in room : scratch on the wall, lamps... No minibar last be not leastNo Wifi in Room (only in lobby : unaccepatable !!!

The room was too cold, I asked the staff how to warm the room, they told me that calefaction was off until next week. Water at the shower was not hot enough.

Close to train terminal

This place is nothing close to a Hiat Regency, etc, as stated online. Air conditioning in the room barely worked, bed was like a damp, dense, lump and pillows were pathetic.
