While the hotel location and cleanliness were generally good, the room lacked a shower, and the elevator was so sensitive to weight that I could not use it with my suitcase. Further the breakfast selection was poor.

    Proximity to everything

The kids running around in the wee hours of the night. The manager didn't tell the maid to not clean our room like we asked.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-13-2017

Location was good, close to public transportation.

Thin walls, a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and the street. Shower and room was tiny, barely room to open suitcase.

The hotel was close to the metro.

The room was too small. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The staff at the reception wasn't polite.

The bed cover and sheets they looked old.

The breakfast bar in the morning really nice.the location is close to the colosseum just a straight walk down.

The wifi . We needed the wifi and it would cut on and off.

Free bottle of water! Good breakfast, okay location solid 10 minute walk to Termini..

The elevator is slow and you are not allowed to use the stairs...

    Only location

The general smell. The window to the block's lung gives bad air. The room was less than small, and some parts of the room shows there's not a good cleaning in YEARS. The hotel seems have been refournished some time ago but cheaply. Fridge didnt work.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-22-2023

    Shower was basically not functional

That it was close to the coliseum and the trevi fountain we practically walked everywhere. Definitely would stay here again.

    Location.

Room-smallest ever. Bed horrible. Get a real mattress and mattress covers. Drapes dirty. View just gross.

    7RanaPosted on: 8-14-2025

The breakfast was bad, no cheese no eggs, just sweet that bad for diabetics!

    10BarrosPosted on: 7-26-2025

The receptionist Simoni was very friendly and helpful with the checkin. The hotel location is amazing, easy to walk to main locations and also the metro. The hotel is charming and more comfortable and clean than I expected for the price.

The structure is old, such as the elevator that takes forever, but that’s expected from Rome buildings.

The location is excellent for the price. Can't fault the staff as well.

Could of had a proper shower over the bath
