Pros +
- I was very impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here when I¿m back in Rome again. The room was lovely and modern. Bed was super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the great buffet in the morning, Wow. Nice quiet neighbourhood.
- Everyone of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel and property were very well kept. I could see how a 3 star hotel could get such a good rating 4.5 stars. The young lady at the reception desk was especially friendly and helpful.
- Easy to find, clean and the best breakfast. We loved the fresh Italian Coffee. This was our first visit to Rome and we loved that we could walk down the street and find a grocery store and a nice place to eat.
Cons -
- The location on the outskirts of the city was not as convenient as we would have liked but only a short taxi ride away. What is it with air conditioning?
- The air conditioning did not work and the staff did not try to fix the issue. A maintenance employee was sent to look at the unit but had no solution to fix it or make it cool. The front desk staff said that the air conditioning is turned off by management daily at 6pm for the whole night and that there was no recourse otherwise.
- The location was not so much comfortable . We had to use the bus.... and at night it's not so fun

The hotel features a very beautiful and impressive architectural design that reflects great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, providing a truly relaxing stay. The availability of parking spaces is also a great advantage. What impressed me the most, however, is the interior décor of the reception area — it is elegant, stylish, and creates a luxurious first impression from the moment you arrive.
We particularly liked the ambience, the arrival area was so serene. Guiseppe welcomed us with his bright smile and warm conversation which was very helpful after a long day.The location of the hotel was close to public transport as well. We tried using the bus and the stop was only a 6 mins walk from the hotel. Our room was upgraded, spacious, clean and designed with simplicity and sophistication blended into one. Just how we like it.The icing on the cake was the hand written welcome note and gift in the room upon our arrival. Showed a personally tailored experience. All in all, it was a beautiful experience, we will definitely be staying here whenever we are back in Rome.
friendly staff, nice rooms AND GREAT ITALIAN BREAKFAST
Loved the pool and quiet location.

Valentina from the reception was very nice . She helped a lot and smiled all the timeThank you

Rooms were the right size but they did not offer rooms for family of four and we had to take two rooms with small children
No rooms for family of four so we had to take to rooms. Also the air conditioner is not on in November making the room unfortunately warm at night and cold in the early morning. That was really bad
We had a very pleasant stay at NH Roma Villa Carpegna. The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and attentive staff. The room was quiet and well-maintained, ideal for a few days in Rome. The location is peaceful, a bit outside the main tourist area, but still convenient with easy access to public transportation and taxis. Overall, great service and good value for the comfort offered
The location is a bit far from the main attractions, so you need transport to reach most places

Very good
Air conditioner did not cool. Maintenance man came to room and turned it off. Fortunately the window opened and it was cool outside
Facilities and comfort.
The sound of the elevator which was near to our room. The sound was very anoing, hearing the sound of the brakes at every movement.
Pool restaurant customer service
That I had to leave.
Convenient location if you are travelling by car. Nice lobby area, good breakfast.
Expensive. And the on-site restaurant was disappointing. Dirty glasses, slow service, lack of atmosphere, high prices.
Loved the pool and quiet location.

Very comfortable rooms. Lovely Breakfast.
Limited selection of bar food.
We enjoyed the pool especially during a hot summer- a bonus after getting up early to explore Rome and swim at the end of the day.
Transport links. Not near metro. We used taxis and eventually mastered the bus routes
The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pool was a little tired and could do with some maintenance. The pool was also freezing cold! The coldest poolI have ever been in.
