Did not stay due to an amenities issue that could not be resolved.

Had no air conditioning which my wife needs for a medical condition. A/C was one of the amenities and they did not have due to Italian law and we confirmed that was a big lie. management and employees very very rude. Very dusty and dirty.

Good continental breakfast, perfect location for sightseeing of Ancient Rome and for transport to the airport, huge room 310 with all needed facilities.

We stayed at Mariano twice during our trip to Italy in June 2025; two nights upon arrival and four nights at the end of our trip. The rooms were fine; clean, comfy beds, lots of hot water and AC, and an elevator. It's very close to the train/bus station, with several bus stops close by, too. There was no fridge in either of the rooms and no balconies. The rooms with doors facing the elevator have a nice view of the back side of the ancient aquarium building, but rooms at the ends, like 301, look onto a residential courtyard. Overall, perfect for our needs, but we would have appreciated a small refrigerator.

- Location!!! Only 5 min walk from Termini!!!- Room was huge!!! Loved all the space!!!- They allowed us early check in!!Definitely this will be my first option for all my next trips to Rome!

- The hairdryer was super old and noisy, and not really drying properly... maybe you can consider updating it!- The shampoo was only a little sachet containing like a pea-size amount... and only 2 sachets were left in the room. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was just outside, and gave us a bunch more!- The fact that the city tax was only payable via cash was a little inconvenient!

It feels safe and it is very clean

The air conditioning is very noisy that I had to use earplugs to fall asleep.

Checking went well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was decent close to Roma Terminal Station.

The bathroom shower very was small. My husband had a difficult time bathing. I asked for a handicap room, which I thought would include a handicap shower, but it did not. Overall the bathroom was clean.

Loved the staff, comfort and cleanlines of the hotel. The staff was very helpful specially when our transfer did not showed up. Great stay!

The location of the hotel was not what I expected, but the restaurant down the street was great.great staff, comfort and price.

The room was very clean and was great value. Bathroom and fittings very modern for the economy rate of hotel. Location. Great for arriving / departing via train.

Room safe did not work. Air conditioner was a bit noisy but worked fine. The hallway out the front of the rooms is very hot but maybe this is just what to expect in Rome for summer.

Convenient location to the train and eateries. Clean, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was €6 and was very good. Has a lift and stairs were easy to manoeuvre.

The shower was hard to get into. Only one small door opened and thank goodness we weren’t big people. It was a little tight.

Staff friendly, and we found some excellent coffee and pasta spots nearby. Rooms very very clean. Great location for early connections using the station. Cheaper hotel but maintained to a very high standard!!

Compact bathroom, no tea/coffee facilities in rooms.

Location was close to the station and metro, and convenient for restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was mediocre, would recommend going to a local shop instead.

Very well located, friendly staff, clean room.

I will definitely come back to this hotel, but the one thing they didn't have was a refrigerator in the room, which would've been helpful for storing cold beverages or food.

Excellent air conditioning for the heat, and a new bathroom. Very comfortable! Also luggage storage and friendly staff.

I didn't like why I had to pay 6 euros for breakfast when it should normally be included. Above all, a very poor breakfast.Also a small room with a scandalous view.
