BREAKFAST

Upon arrival our room had black rubber pieces on the floor, our bathroom tile looked moldy around the tile or needs to be regrouted, and our curtains by small outside patio had long tears in it. Reported this to front desk but doubt it was recorded.

Amazing location with views of the coliseum from the rooftop and easy to walk to train station and other landmarks

The location is amazing! Walking distance to the Colosseum, roof top bar, restaurant and pool where you can see the Colosseum - lovely view.

Non heated pool! It is outdoors so no autumn or winter dips.

The location to various attractions and I liked the pool and bar on the roof. It was a great place to relax and chat in the evening.

The shower was very slippery, was afraid of falling.

Staff

Staff are very helpful. Location perfect for most key areas of Rome. The rooftop pool and bar after a hot and very busy day of walking.

Location is good depending on what your planned activities are going to be while in Rome. Staff was helpful and check in / check out was very easy. Room was a good size and the amenities are what you'd expect for a chain hotel.

Hair dryer would only work for a few minutes at a time and the hotel has a designated ironing room on the first floor with an iron that barely worked when used. Windows opened, however there is no screen to prevent insects from entering the room.

Location and roof bar

Garage parking. Should be free of charge if you can park yourself. Very narrow and difficult to park for suv or full size car

Proximity to major tourist attractions

The lack of an iron in the room and the area room designated for ironing was the size of a closet and the iron only got to luke warm .

At best was the location based on what we were hoping to see in two days.

We first were placed in the 2 fl which was not the view it described. They moved us to 5th floor for a ¿higher¿ view of the colosseum to which we had ¿small¿ 12¿ round window that we could ¿individually¿ peak at the colosseum view. Very disappointed.

Check-in process took longer than we thought since we arrived so early. But they did their best to try and accommodate us and let us have a room as soon as possible. We had requested to have a higher floor but we did get a nice view of the coliseum
