Spacious room, great facilities and friendly staff

The only feedback would be a suspicious smell (like sewage or blocked drain in room 202)

The extra 67 Euro was charged at the check out for Tourist tax,what was not mentioned at booking.

Cool, retro lobby. Great staff.

The rooms are small and dated. The room was hotter than we would have liked, and we had plenty of noise from the streets.

Our room was available to us upon arrival. We arrived in an overnight flight and they had our room ready. Staff were awesome. The room had a private balcony which overlooked the park

No water boiler in the rooms.

Idk how high they were designing the hotel room but it was really giving the american movies in 70s vibe. A lot of colors and weirdly wrapped bed but the room was kinda cool with the living space included. Loved the couch and the weird knock above it.

The way they make beds.. like bro what is that burrito technique. What do you even cover with? Had to wrestle with the bedcovers the first night how much they been tucked in. Quite a work out.

The desk staff were excellent and very helpful with good recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms are well appointed with the exception of electrical outlets. At a minimum, all single should be converted to double outlets. There just were not rough. A minor point / the quality of the coffee in the breakfast room was not up to Italian standards.

I got another room with smaller bed and there response was that what do we have for now we can change it tomorrow.

Nice Hotel in the north-east region of Rome. The rooms are large and the staff is very nice. Everything looks well clean. There are many nice restaurants nearby. Many electrical plugs are available. My room was quite quiet.The breakfast is nice enough.

The facilities look a little old, but every works well. It is not close to the city center, but the location was perfect for my needs.

The interior was a bit outdated and a bit far from the sights - I had unpleasant discussions with the driver to the airport that the hotel booked for me. To be fair they also solved the problem. Perhaps they should engage with licensed taxis instead

Weird that a 4Star hotel allows pets into the rooms. The dog in the room next to us kept barking and trying to break out of his room all night. The staff can do nothing about it. Otherwise a good hotel.
