- The room was ready early when I arrived at 9:30 am and was very clean. Staff was attentive and helpful.
- Great location close to the main train station. Clean room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom with great shower. Great value for the price.
- Location was great.
Cons -
- The building the hotel was located looked like it was an abandoned building. The first three floors were very empty and dark. Once I arrived at the 4th floor where the hotel was located, the hotel was as expected.
- Pictures on the internet are way different than real life and the types of rooms do not match what is advertised. The room was super small but clean. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find and on the 4th floor of the building. It's not a hotel.
- The front desk staff was AMAZING! My son lost his wallet on the train and the hotel staff helped us contact Trenitalia and he was able to recover his wallet intact. They also helped us with COVID-19 testing logistics and even provided free metro tickets!
