    Pros +

    • Safe, clean, great location
    • Best location for all main sites in Rome. Balcony suite over piazza navona was amazing. Pictures dont do it justice. Staff was very friendly and helpful sowing us all of the hotel/room amenities.
    • Location is central to all the sites. Friendly staff were amazing. Would be back again and again¿

    Cons -

    • Rooms are a bit small, worked for me traveling solo.
    • Nothing major. Some wear and tear on the room. But nothing that affected our stay. Anyone with mobility issues may have some issues in the location. Just very tight quarters and lots of steps with a small elevator.
    • Room is a bit tight, but no issues at all. Would live to have some hangers and access to an ironing board in the room, but we did not ask. A+

Clean hotel. The shower was phenomenal. Hotel staff very friendly. Location is at the center of everything that you want to do in Rome as a first timer.

Very small. I lived in a studio in my earlier years and this is smaller than that. It would be nice if they added some hooks on the walls or a folding table/working area to the walls for your belongings. Lastly, square toilet seat? Really?

    The staff was very kind.

We returned to the hotel at night after dinner and our key to the main gate of the hotel did not work. We tried calling someone at the hotel and there was no answer. I ended up having to jump the fence which had spikes at the top of it.

Location was fantastic. Loved the room overlooking the Piazza. The thoughtfulness of remembering our anniversary and champagne and fruit and balloons in the room!!!

The location was something out of a movie, right on the square. So close to everything, wow! If I could live there forever I would. The woman who checked us in was amazingly helpful and without asking, she double-checked our travel information and ensured we didn't miss our bus to Naples. Turns out, we almost went to wrong bus station. Room wasn't large, but well organized and very clean. Nice bathroom.

    Everything was great.

Location was perfect and in walking distance to many historical sites.

    Wifi was spotty.

Excellent location, cleaness, particularly helpful receptionist Ms Francesca capable of finding solutions to any problem and offering good tips regarding moving around in the city . Most of the important touristic attractions of the city are within walking distance

The traveler has to climb up ca twelve steps before reaching the elevator which has a small booth. Yet the latter is an inevitable consequence of the fact that the mansion is a set of two fully renovated areas within a traditional very old downtown building

The staff so nicee and helpful, they let us do the early check in. The location it's so nice and closed to many place. If i come back to rome, definitely will stay at here again.

transparent bathroom glass,in my opinion it's not suitable for staying with friends

Once found, it was close to the Piazza and easy drop off and pick up with Uber.

If your room faces the Piazza- expect no sleep. The windows are not soundproof and people are talking, drinking, singing and making noise till 4am. Not good if you want to rest. Bed could have more cushion and the square toilet is so uncomfortable to use.

We got lured in by the location, but this is a GARBAGE B&B operation!

Giant tub takes up more than a third of the room, and the faucets had a cardboard box taped over them. No notice form the B&B operators, and when I confronted them about it, they were totally disinterested! We deserve a refund! Bed is like a box spring with no mattress. Hard as a rock. No light inside the shower. It’s pretty obvious someone without a clue how to do construction work, has been destroying the place with their inept “improvements!”Garbage, avoid this hovel!

The location was really good. Central to everything we came to see and not too hard to find from the Train station. The room was well set up and we had everything we needed for our stay, the staff were wonderful and the room was very clean ...

There was very little sound proofing between rooms so if hearing your neighbours is a problem for you, we suggest you take ear plugs! The noise seemed to come via the hallway with very little buffering so people moving about etc was very loud. It's particularly noisy at night as people come in from exploring this amazing city. We enjoyed our stay, just a little sleep deprived
