- the room was clean and staff was very nice.
- Nothing. The hotel sent us to a different hotel 2-weeks prior to our travel.
- We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I truly appreciated how helpful and trustworthy everyone was. A special thank you to all the hotel staff for their honesty and hospitality — it made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Cons -
- Bad Location due to noise from restaurants nearby. Too noisy 3 o'clock in the am. Made us impossible to sleep. There was no A/C. Air was stuffy even in April when window was closed. Dump truck came early am dumping large load of broken glass. Huge noise!
- The hotel they sent us to is located in the suburbs of Rome. Very hard for us to get to any attractions in the center of Rome. If they couldn't accommodate us, they should've let us know earlier so we can book another hotel in the center of Rome.

Nice hotel. Good location. Friendly staff
A bit noisy outside at times
Terrible location. Very very bad area. Terrible rooms. Don't book especially if you're not Italian. Not a welcome area
The staff was very polite and helpful. We were allocated in a spacious room which had a nice view. It had a brand new beautiful bathroom. Breakfast room was cozy and we enjoyed our breakfast every morning.
Room was OK, location is great, the view though was inexistent, being to an internal part of the building. Nevertheless, conditions are good, and it is quite. Quite expensive though, might be because of teh Jubilaeum ...
Staff was great and friendly. Close to the train station. Room was clean
If you have a room that faces the front of the hotel in October be aware the hotel turns off the air. To have the window open isn’t an option even though we were on the 2nd floor. A large crowd of students gather in the square across from the hotel and are loud to late hours of the night.
comfy beds
rooms furniture older and squeeky
The breakfast area and the large room.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the shower is tiny, the WiFi barely works.
Convenient in relation to the train.
Room was OK, but the facility needs an upgrade—trim falling off stair railings, dust in the corners, scratches on the walls, old bed covers and curtains.
Close to the train station. Breakfast was good. Clean hotel with friendly staff.
Is kind of expensive for what it offers. But not a bad choice.

One and done.
There was a problem with the room lock. Housekeeping left the room unlocked twice. I had a hard time locking the room door. The room was very warm at night but the hotel shuts off the air conditioning except in the summer. It had a great door that opened onto a balcony but it was so noisy with people dinning and partying in the street that the door could not be left open. The refrigerator did not work.
We enjoyed the lovely breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room. The front desk was very helpful with diections and taxi reservations. Our room was kept nice every day.. So good have a gluten free selection. Thank you. Near by was a resaurant with great gluten free pizza.
Friendly staff, good value, $200 a night, stayed 7 days.
Bed not comfortable, was told Municipality shut air conditioning in rooms off because it was October???. We had to open 3rd floor windows to cool it down and huge blaring DJ every night until 2am.across the street by the Church. No refrigerator

A very nice hotel. The staff were excellent, especially the man who checked me in, he remembered my name and room number all week and was very helpful in general, I wish I had got his name as he was not on shift when I checked out. Facilities in the room were basic but in a city like Rome all you need is somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was ok, nothing cooked though. Hotel was very close to the main railway station, a 15 minute walk away, and there were some good restaurants just round the corner and a decent little bar just a couple of doors away.
A few more options for breakfast would have been nice but from what I have read breakfast is not a big thing in Italy but I think they need to cater for the number of foreign visitors they get. A bit more variety would have been nice.
The breakfast was pretty good, a variety of cereals, pastries and cheeses.
We were given the keys on arrival and as we made our way to the room, we found the room had not been prepared from previous guests (beds not made, room not cleaned). Not being able to use our room, we went out for a few hours, and on our return, were advised we could not use the basin in the bathroom (the pipe was disconnected). This meant we had to use the shower to wash our hands, brush teeth etc. I asked the clerk if we could get some compensation for all this, and was only offered €20. It was a terrible stay all up, and consistent with a number of other reviews, the place is very very tired.
Location. was good near to station etc. staff excellent
Tea/Coffee making facilities no fridge
