The staff were really helpful in helping me set up going to shows and advising me on good restaurants. I also liked the location to all of the main tourist attractions in the Rome city center and Vatican.

Nothing. My experience was all positive and would stay there again.

Clean, helpful staff

A little inconvenient to take bus or subway.

Breakfast was simple, location a lityle far from the center of Rome, no iron.

Close to restaurants at the edge of city center.

In the middle of the night i needed some woman stuff (pads or things like that cause it was unexpected and i didnt prepare) and they didnt have any of that… anywhere Where i stayed before they always had an emergency pads for women:(( but except this, everything was great!

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean room with nice (small) terrace, a few minutes away from the metro station, close to the Tiber river. You can also walk to both Vatican and Piazza del Popolo if you want.

It was a calmer neighborhood, so the choice of bars and restaurants nearby was less than in other areas of Rome.

The room and bathroom little bit outdated, but very clean.

Location- easy to get arround. Personnel- profosional and welcoming. Room- specious and very clean. Overall hotel is well maintained- a very pleasant place to bee.

The hotel is located in the Prati district — a quiet, residential area. It offers comfortable rooms decorated with classic Roman charm and clean bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Location was great and Staff were friendly.

No AC and the room was placed at the high way with loud noises from the cars all night long. Bed was not comfy.

Location was excellent, a great neighborhood close to the old town but more quiet and away from the big crowds. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was really good and the staff was super friendly and helpful and accommodating for our family with a small kid. The hotel was in Prato which was a decent and comfortable walking distance to the city for major attractions, and Vatican City. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby! Rooms clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful when requiring something.

The room we booked advertised a balcony but we didn’t get one. Gym was very basic - booked because they had a gym but didn’t use it in the end.

Bathroom very small but clean and functional...didn't really spend that long in there.

I got in early at 11am and the hotel managed to give me an early check-in knowing I've travelled far.That was an excellent start to my 1st visit to Rome.

We got a room upgrade which was fabulous. So, my feedback is a bit skewed by having that upgrade. Breakfast was over the top - so much variety and all delicious. The hotel also offered a driver service to transport to/from the airport. As first time visitors to Rome, this eased a lot of tension for us and the price was not that much more than standard taxi fare. Metro stop Lepanto was nearby and made getting around the city very easy. We loved shopping on Via Cola Di Rienzo - hubby got a nice suit and tie! L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele famous from the movie "Eat, Pray, Love" has a location just a short walk from the hotel. Piazza del Popolo is also a reasonable walk too.

Dinner and drinks in the bar were expensive, but we expected that for the on-site hotel offerings.

Comfortable rooms with nice light and great location

Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful.

Breakfast was a bit of a bottleneck especially for coffee. A second machine would help.
