Very clean very nice hotel great staff would def recommend and not far from tourist sites
Ambience was good
Location was local
The staff was very accommodating.
Service is valuable, and the place feels so comfortable.
Yes, TYehy don't have shuttle to airport.
There was a bathtub. The bed was made daily.
They called and woke me up at 5am!!!!!It was their mistake - I never requested a wake up call (who doesn’t have a phone alarm?!)That ruined my sleep (and morning).
Friendly staff.
No room has balcony. It feels like you are in a jail cell. No free parking for your car and if you park under the hotel, you have to pay €15 a night. The hotel restaurant is not open for lunch and there is no restaurant close by to go get food.
Good
When I booked it seemed breakfast and parking were included, but they were not.I had chosed this hotel for the parking but finallu had to pay 12 euros extras for this. I guess this could be given as extra service to visitors. From a 4stars Hotel I would also expect breakfast to be included, but it was not and I did not spend 12 euros for it.I went for dinner around 20:30 on a Wedneaday night, almost everything was over. No meat (tagliata), no baked potatos. Quite strange for that time in Italy.Room was way to warm and I have not been able to arrange the room temperature
We slept there for our last night in Rome as we had to be at the airport next morning and didn't want to be stressed and have to deal with traffic to get out of the city. Location was perfect-mid way between Rome and airport. Hotel was clean and perfect for our needs. We didn't have breakfast and didn't walk around the area. Convenient bus stop just in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the parking and road side which was quite noisy with traffic at night something to consider if you are not a deep sleeper.
Hotel price is better than other hotels for the standard of the hotel
The location is far outYou will need to use the public bus line to get around.City taxes are rated on the stars of the hotel so this hotel is more.
Nice place to stay. Close to Vatican City. Bus stop on front of the hotel. Easy access to all places. Staff friendly, breakfast with a lot of options for food. Definitely, I will recommend.
The room was ok, don't know why they have to put spot light in the room, when you wake up at night to go to the toilet the light comes on. One can put bedside light on. No need for security light in the room. The breakfast for very very basic. There were no fresh fruits, no banans. Only catered for mainly non veg.

Nothing !!!!
Hostile staff !!!No coffeeNo kettleNo water !!
Half way between Rome and the airport, convenient. Parking is in front. Rooms are nice and cosy.
It feels a bit dated, and the breakfast could do with a bit more vegetables. Not bad all in all.
The breakfast, carpet in the floors, soaps, and Super Clean, the room had a clean smell! I I also like the Bus 881 that stop in front of the hotel! The bus takes you to Piazza Venezia, which is the middle of Rome!
I asked for a quiet room, and gave me 529, a worse room because the lady at the desk said I requested a noisy room, then she gave me a room on the first floor, again, because she insisted I requested a noisy room, and I waited until 8 pm to get the room. The gentleman that brought out the luggage that was in storage, he was awesome, but the 2 people working at the front desk were not friendly, and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called, I have to keep going down to talk to them. I wanted a quiet room, gave me a noisy room just to have fun, at my expense! A friend recommended your hotel, too bad it was not what I requested. I end up on room 638 again, it was better than the noisiest they wanted me to have! Too bad, your Hotel is super clean!
Only the location
Rude staff, no drinking water in the room, no kettle and more
Comfort, cleaness, large room, many charges plugs, public transport in front of the hotel, air condicioner, free parking, a very good cafeteria right the side
NA
They help us keep our bags in storage a day before our check-in.The room was clean but quite basic.
The restaurant had only pizza available for order at about 10pm.Needed some drinking water close to midnight but couldn't use the vending machine as it only accepted coins, and the guy at the reception couldn't help as the kitchen had closed. The guest service needs to be improved. Did like the location very much
