Casa Mia in Trastevere

Claudia the manager of the property was awesome. Very responsive and helpful. We couldn't ask for more. Room was perfect for our stay. Would recommend to all.

room was way smaller then photos. room was not properly cleaned. bad and bad base was very all and peeled in to the room.

The property was nice and I recommend. The staff was nice and the location was good. Trastevere is amazing place. There is an excellent restaurant below the hotel with a good price.

The ar conditioner is not good. I stayed in a family room and the machine is not enough for the size of the room. Other thing is about the noise, if you desire sleep before 10-11 pm, maybe you could have problems with noise of the restaurant.

The location is everything!! And the vibes nearby, happy people all around. Also great breakfast, very complete.

The AC in the room is a bit difficult to figure out. The settings weren't clear and it would have been helpful to receive instruction during check in because it resulted in a sleepless night with no one to ask for help.

The staff for the hotel and restaurant were very attentive. Excellent breakfast included. Very small boutique where it almost felt like our family had a VRBO.

The location is perfect for those seeking the nightlife or a good tour!

It’s clean but dated and small. Needs a pick me up. No drain cover, fixtures falling off the wall, etc. We were cruising and had a lot of luggage so not good in that regard. But it served its purpose.

air conditioning didn't work...we reported to the staff and did nothing. staff has limited communication capabilities.

The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was simple which suited us, the location was really good, the hotel had a good restaurant. There were many restaurants and bars nearby and you were in-between all the attractions in Rome

The Wifi was disappointing. It's difficult to plan your days when the WIFI is not there or very very low

Claudia was an excellent host. Our room was comfortable . The location provided easy access to everything.

Location is good. Language barrier first day (no English) only Italian when we arrive. The second day was better the front desk lady understood English.

We had problems with the room, no air conditioning and they change us to another. No wi-fi signal.

The location and the restaurant were both great.

It was hard getting hold of the staff. Tourist tax was not flagged ahead of time.

Staff were very friendly and when one of our friends was not feeling well, they blocked the room so he can stay as much as he needed and do a late checkout.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The price of food and drink very reasonable. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough the location is also great. Walking distance from everywhere. A very enjoyable stay, if we’re ever in Rome again we’ll be staying here again. :)

The location of the hotel is nearby the restorant in Trastevere, the hotel was clean, room was spacios the beds are comfort and the staf kindly e helpfull form us. I liked the hotel and i recomend it.

The lights of the room could be better.
